[vinnomot] Stretch your brain

This is not a test - just a phenomenon. All readings are explained.
Read out loud the text inside the triangle below.

More than likely you said, "A bird in the bush,"! and. .......

if this IS what YOU said, then you failed to see
that the word THE is repeated twice!
Sorry, look again.

Next, let's play with some words.

What do you see?

In black you can read the word GOOD, in white the word EVIL (inside each black letter is a white letter). It's all very physiological too, because it visualize the concept that good can't exist without evil (or the absence of good is evil).   Now, what do you see?

You may not see it at first, but the white spaces read the word optical, the blue landscape reads the word illusion. Look again! Can you see why this painting is called an optical illusion?

What do you see here?

This one is quite tricky!

The word TEACH reflects as LEARN.

Last one.

What do you see?

You probably read the word ME in brown, but.......
when you look through ME
you will see YOU!

Do you need to look again?
  Test Your Brain
This is really cool. The second one is amazing so please read all the way though.

ALZHEIMERS' EYE TEST

Count every "
F " in the following text:

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTI
FIC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS...

(SEE BELOW)

HOW MANY ?

WRONG, THERE ARE 6 -- no joke.
READ IT AGAIN !

Really, go Back and Try to find the 6 F's before you scroll down.

The reasoning behind is further down.

The brain cannot process "OF".

Incredible or what? Go back and look again!!
Anyone who counts all 6 "F's" on the first go is a genius.

Three is normal, four is quite rare.

Send this to your friends.
It will drive them crazy.!
And keep them occupied
For several minutes..!

[vinnomot] A Group of Expatriates Offers Bangladesh Govt to Create the World-Class Skilled Work Force

To CTG, Bangladesh,

I as a part of greater expatriates group like to offer the following project to Bangladesh Current Govt to implement as soon as possible.  We should not wait for the next elected Govt to implement this project since this will help Bangladesh to compete with emerging economy and skilled manpower  countries like India and China.  Time is running out for Bangladesh to make improvement in various fields like creating world-class experienced skilled workforce to lead this country forward.  Any delay in this project will have negative effects on Bangladesh in various industries.

I have got greater acceptance from intellectuals and educated communities to provide their volunteer time and training in this project.

Please talk to us and we are ready to modify this project as deemed necessary to implement this project in Bangladesh.

Project Ttitle:
Project: Creating The International Technology Academy (TITA) in Bangladesh

Please review the project details below:

Promoter's Profile

M. M. Chowdhury (Mithu).  My biography can be found at www.amreteck.com. I am asking your and Bangladesh Govt's. help and cooperation to implement this project for the greater benefits for Bangladesh and its future.

Objective

Creating The International Technology Academy (TITA) to the development of quality standards professionals in Bangladesh.  This institute will develop a bridge between non Bangladeshi Residents (NBR) intellectuals/professionals and Bangladesh Govt; and establish an alliance for the better Bangladesh in the field of education and creating skilled manpower.

Mission

Today, Bangladesh has short of quality standards professionals in the technology markets including ICT, Pharmaceuticals and Garments Industries.  Most of the industries in Bangladesh now rely on foreign workers for their technology consultation and implementation.  This is also hampering our economic growth in this emerging world.  It is essential to have skilled manpower to promote more businesses, attract foreign investment and produce quality products.

Vision

Change Bangladesh Organization, USA (www.changebangladesh.com) has decided to create The International Technology Academy (TITA) in Bangladesh for the development of quality standards professionals in Bangladesh.  This Academy will be built with the help of Bangladesh Government and professionals around the world who wants to contribute their expertise and experiences.  This institute will create quality standards professionals in Bangladesh to compete in this emerging world market.  This will be a great opportunity for our next generation and will help to elevate poverty in Bangladesh implicitly.  A detailed project plan will be initiated and will be submitted once a letter of interest is received from the Bangladesh Government.

As
Bangladesh has huge work forces, it will be a great benefit for Bangladesh
economy if quality standards professionals can be developed through comprehensive real life /practical job training.  TITA will focus on pharmaceuticals, ICT, and garments industries in Bangladesh.  Professionals and intellectuals from around the world including USA, CANADA, and EU will be given a chance to contribute their expertise and experiences in the respectable industries.  This institute will invite guest trainer/professionals from their respectable industries to train and educate
attendees.  There will be a minimum charge for the training to cover the cost of running this institute and provide reimbursement for the cost of guest/professional trainers during their visit in
Bangladesh

For example in the pharmaceuticals sector in Bangladesh, there will be a need for at least 20,000 trained professionals in five (5) years to sustain the momentum.  Bangladesh has to have trained professionals to compete with this world emerging market like India and China.

Advantage

TITA will help each student to understand new concepts, new technologies, and world quality standards, real life job experiences and provide touring to the industries to understand the workflow and strategies.

Structure

Institute:

ChangeBangladesh Forum, USA will ask Bangladesh Government to provide a site and financial help to run this institute that will not be covered with attendees' fee.  There will be an office in USA, an office and a facility in Bangladesh.  Office in USA and Bangladesh will communicate and schedule to bring intellectual and professionals in Bangladesh facility from around the world including USA, Canada and EU to provide training in this institute.  Their visit could be between 2-6 weeks depending on personal commitment.  This institute will also invite local professionals and experts in Bangladesh to provide their expertise as deemed necessary.

Student Capacity:

We shall have capacity to accommodate 600 students per session.  These 600 students will be divided in 20 groups. More details will be available as it moves near to the implementation phase.

Q & A

1)      Why should Bangladesh Govt help (cost & site) in this project?

Ans: Well, this project will help Bangladesh to capture new technology, technology transfer, know-how, and create quality manpower to support sustain growth in Bangladesh (Pharma, Garments, ICT sector, etc).  This institute will develop a bridge between NBR intellectuals/professionals and Bangladesh Govt. in term of providing better education and creating quality standard manpower for various sectors of the economy.

2)      What is the difference between this Institute to other Institutes in Bangladesh?

Ans: This institute is unique in term of experts and professionals from around the world who will teach their experiences and technique to implement in Bangladesh.  These experts/professionals will contribute their time in voluntary and help to capture international standards in the industries.

3)      What steps would you take to implement this project?

Ans:
Step 1: we will create a database with experts/professionals' credentials and encourage them to provide training in Bangladesh.  This training could be between 2-6 weeks, depending on the personal contribution.

Step 2: we will contact Bangladesh Govt to provide training facility and funding for this project.  This fund will be better spent, since corruption in Bangladesh Govt. is costing more that 2000 Crore BD Taka in a year.  Don't you think Bangladesh Govt has better responsibility to implement this project with only 3.36 Crore BD Taka?

Step 3: We will create and design comprehensive courses/seminars depending on the business sector's needs.

Step 4: We will contact Bangladesh Business communities to help this institute by providing internships in their respectable industries. Encourage them to be involved with this institute, since they will be benefited ultimately through the availability of quality standard professionals in the job market and they don't have to hire professionals from foreign countries to sustain the development momentum.

4)      Who will be in charge of this institute?

Ans: Leaderships of ChangeBangladesh Forum will be charge of this institute and will hire administrators to run this organization.  There are no personal benefits except to help Bangladesh to create quality standards professionals.  This will cut any corruption to run this institute.

5)      Who will be admitted in this institute?

Ans: We have to outline the criteria for the admission selection process.  I am thinking anyone who has completed minimum HSC with 3.0 GPA.  It can be put in the discussion for more details.

Step by step procedure for implementing TITA project in Bangladesh:

Step1:

Talk to Bangladesh Consulate General office in USA to convey our project, vision and what this will do to Bangladesh.  Ask them to communicate with Bangladesh Govt. and present the proposal.  Follow up with them what's Bangladesh Govt. reaction about this project.  Make them understand the benefit of this project and Foreign Bangladeshi professionals want to help Bangladesh anyway they can and Bangladesh Govt needs to take this opportunity.  Please send them the copy of my entire proposal, so they can understand the vision.

Step 2:

If Bangladesh Govt is interested to implement this project, explain what Bangladesh Govt has to do for this project.

a)      Bangladesh Govt has to provide a training center with projectile, computer system, furniture etc where at least 25 students can be accommodated.

b)      Bangladesh Govt will circulate a notice all the Universities about the training topics and who will come to provide training and when.  All Universities heads will send those selected students per their subject of study to this training center.

c)      Trainers/Professionals will provide an outline of the course what will be discussed and how depth. This training could be 2-7 days depending on the subject expert discretion.  The trainer will or can increase the number of session depending on the need to accommodate all the interested students.

d)      All these communications have to be done by Bangladesh Govt to enrol students in this training program.  Govt will open a small office to keep the communication open worldwide.  I am thinking that Office in Dhaka can communicate with all the professionals around the world and Change Bangladesh will campaign to bring more professionals to this training center.

e)      All the trainers/professionals will do these training voluntarily, but their expense to travel in Bangladesh has to be reimbursed.  All the trainer/professional will submit their expense report to Bangladesh Office.

f)        Since corruption is an issue in Bangladesh, I am thinking that Govt can give a budget for this training center and Change Bangladesh Organization, USA (www.changeBangladesh.com) will take the charge in operation.

g)      Bangladesh Govt can put this project and budget under the "Department of Education".

h)      Bangladesh Govt will send circulation to all the industries in Bangladesh about this training center where foreign experts will provide training in various sectors and will urge them to provide a tour for the students from this training center to understand the real life work procedures.

Step 3:  Talk to your professional friends to join this training center to create skilled manpower in Bangladesh.

Step 4:  If this program is expanded as expected, we might have to open an office in future in USA to make it more effective.
