[mukto-mona] Re: BABA Programs for 2008-2008

WRT: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mukto-mona/message/48949

Dear Mahbub Khan,

You have a great cultural organization in Bay Area. However, you
could enhance the social quality of your BABA organization and its
members by including some multicultural aspect to your program. If
you include Christmas Party, Bijoya Sammiloni, New Years Eve, etc.,
you might draw, otherwise deprived, Bangladeshi minorities in your
organization.

Wishing BABA all the best,
tistarbahe

[mukto-mona] Medicare & US oncologists

Oncologists on Medicare vote: Not in our name By Ryan Grim 2 Jul 08 (http://www.politico.com/blogs/thecrypt/0708/Oncologists_on_Medicare_vote_Not_in_our_name.html)

Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) sent the American Medical Association into a tizzy Thursday night by switching his vote and blocking passage of a crucial Medicare bill. The flip came after the White House offered to work with him on getting more money for oncologists, so you'd think that at least the oncologists would be pleased.

They're not. At least not all of them. A five-member team of lobbyists representing the American Society of Clinical Oncology met with Senate Democratic staff Wednesday to assure them that they had not lobbied Specter to make a deal, said both a Democratic aide and a spokeswoman for ASCO. Another Democratic aide referred to the message the oncologists delivered as "not in our name."

"They were horrified," said one Democratic aide, and afraid that oncologists would be blamed by Democrats and doctors for spiking a bill that would have staved off a 10.6 percent cut in Medicare reimbursements. Democrats were one vote short.

Specter, by working on behalf of the oncologists, has put the oncologists in a difficult situation, stuck between the AMA and Democrats on one side and a fear of alienating their champion, Specter, on the other. ASCO wouldn't comment on the meeting other than to confirm its goal.
Oncologists aren't of one mind, however. The Community Oncology Alliance sent a letter to its members after the failed vote urging them to push the Senate to include the money for oncology that Specter sought in the final Medicare bill.

U.S. Oncology has also been lobbying hard for the provision. "I was certainly pleased," said U.S. Oncology lobbyist Dan Cohen of Specter's talks with the White House. "If he was able to get a deal," he added, "we're all behind him."

Ultimately, the Medicare cut will be avoided because staving it off has "strong bipartisan support," said Cohen. "We certainly don't want to see our payment from Medicare getting cut. Medicare patients already cost us money to treat."

But he put little distance between his organization and Specter's vote. "Sen. Specter has been an extremely strong supporter of oncology and we're strong supporters of Sen. Specter," he said.

Specter, for his part, acknowledged the offer from the White House but said that the real reason he switched his vote was that Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) wouldn't let him introduce amendments.

Specter's staff has been lobbying Reid to allow amendments when it's voted on again next week, but Reid's staff notes that Specter already signed on the unanimous consent agreement — negotiated between Reid and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) — that forbids amendments.

"I don't know what the hell McConnell agreed to, but that wouldn't be determinative with me," Specter told The Crypt.
>>
GOP fears fallout from Medicare fight By Ryan Grim & David Rogers 1 Jul 08 (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0608/11456.html)
The Bush administration moved Monday to assure doctors that coming cuts in Medicare reimbursements would take a few days to kick in, buying time for Senate Republicans to recover from a vote that has Sen. Arlen Specter scrambling to explain himself and GOP aides wondering why their party's leadership has risked infuriating a loyal constituency.
A Democratic bill that would have blocked a 10.6 percent cut in Medicare payments to doctors fell just one vote short of the 60 needed for cloture Thursday. The measure would have passed if the ailing Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.) had been there to vote — or if Specter, who had supported a similar bill earlier, hadn't voted against cloture after some eleventh-hour dealing with the White House.
Specter said he voted against cloture because Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) refused to allow any amendments. But the Pennsylvania Republican — who has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease — also acknowledged that he voted no after White House representatives assured him that they would work with him on an administrative fix to increase Medicare reimbursements for oncologists.
Was there a deal made for Specter's vote?
"You've asked the question about a quid pro quo 15 different ways now," Specter told Politico on Monday.
"There was none. ... If that had been a determinative factor, I didn't get much assurance — didn't get much comfort — from the conversation."
But Specter did get a hearing on his desire for legislation to alter the Medicare formula that now dictates the drug payments for oncologists. And while the White House can't get around the current law administratively, people familiar with the meeting confirmed there was discussion of the White House's reinstituting a now-expired pilot program for the senator and thereby increasing payments to at least some oncologists.
Specter's vote became the decisive one, because Kennedy was absent and because Sen. George Voinovich (R-Ohio) — who previously opposed a similar measure — switched from no to yes, in a move that seemed to be aimed at protecting home-state oxygen tank manufacturers.
The failure of the bill Thursday night led to red-hot rhetoric on the Senate floor and to reverberations across the country as senators went home for the Fourth of July recess.
Reid accused Republicans of "wip[ing] out Medicare as we know it today" and said that he wanted "the record to spread: Democrats, to the number, every one of us, except Sen. Kennedy, who is ill, voted for this legislation." He promised that "next year at this time, there will be 59 Democrats, at least."
The American Medical Association, a longtime Republican ally, is outraged and is scheduled to begin running television ads on the issue Tuesday. On Friday, the Texas Medical Association withdrew its endorsement of Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) as a direct result of his vote on the Medicare bill.
"We're going to get killed, and we'll have no help from the doctors," lamented one Senate GOP aide, who called the leadership's position on the bill "unfathomable."
Having begun to hear from doctors back home, he asked, "Why the hell did we fight this as a party? You took a constituency that's very friendly and just flushed it down the toilet."
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) argued on the Senate floor that passing the bill as is was futile because President Bush had promised to veto it. Republicans accused Democrats of failing to work with them to achieve a compromise measure.
All sides say they want to forestall the physician pay cut. But paying for the fix has grown into a larger ideological battle over the direction of Medicare and how best to both rein in the costs of medical equipment and drugs and balance demands for private market alternatives to traditional government-run care for the elderly.

[ALOCHONA] Seeking Knowledge from Turkman's posts?

Sir,
When Moslim lands were freed by Colonial Empires, Literacy Rate of those countries was not at par with advanced countries of Europe or Japan. Do you think, this is not true?

I don't care to know, what your opinion is about the question above but I know, ordinary Moslims had no idea, what the hell is Democracy since they had always lived in a Police State run by a Colonial Empire.

Moslims had no idea, what Civil Liberties and Human Rights meant because there was no such thing that had ever existed in any Islamic Empire before take-over their lands by Europeans. Moslims in almost all of Moslim Countries still don't know, what Civil Liberties and Human Rights mean even more than half a century after freedom from Europeans.

You call me an idiot but please tell me, if Moslims really know, what Civil Liberties and Human Rights are, why the hell almost all Moslim Countries are Police States?

My family was not Chamcha of British Empire. My Ancestor was the richest Prince of Moghual Empire Prince Khairuddin, who had sold all his Assets to finance the 1857 War against the British. After our Rebellion against 25,000 Britishers was shot-down by over-whelmingly Punjabi Recruits from Punjab, we were defeated. He was succumbed to wind Bed Strings with Jute in British Jail with his soft hands.

He was later poisoned to death by the British, while still in Jail because he was still considered as a thereat to British Empire in India. The British had later tried to compensate our family by lure of Pensions and we had considered that money our insult. Nobody from our family had accepted British Pensions.

Not all of us but my father later rose to become a Billionaire of India and had supported a socialist patriot Sobhaash Chandre Boas (a Bengali) instead of Gandhi (a fake) but he was no match for Multi Billionaire of those days, MoTi Lal Nehru the father of Jwaahar Lal Nehru so, Mr. Boas had resigned after being elected President of Congress Party, defeating Gandhi in open elections since my father could not support the whole Congress Party Salaries and Nehru had stopped bank-rolling Congress.

It really hurts, when ignorant people like you do not know, who the hell I am and accuse me of not me being a Chamchaa but even my ancestors. Was Tipu Sultan a Chamcha of British also?
Well, inter-marriages caused his grandson to be a part of my family and this is why I ended up in East Pakistan because half of them were there though rest of them remained in Calcutta. Do you know, who always which Anti Ayub Council League Member won National Assembly seat in Rajshahi District and his mother owned hundreds of acres of Tea Gardens in Sylhet until CIA with replacing the Ballot Boxes had made him lose to Awami League candidate?
He was my cousin. He was never a Chamcha of Ayub or Yahya and when people, who lived on his Estate free learnt that he had lost election, they were in front of his house crying and telling him, there must be a fraud because all of them had voted for him. Diversity of Politics can make patriots become Treasonous only in the most corrupt countries of the world. Can such a thing happen in the Western World?

In West Pakistan, our other part of family fought for freedom of masses also but were defeated by Punjabis and almost all of them were assassinated. Thanks for calling me a Chamcha, when 2 Assassination Attempts have taken place against me and I do not have a Phone in my own name and neither I do my Internet address. I have to keep moving every two years so your JehaaDis can not learn, where I live and I guess this is now a part of Islam to secretly assassinate, whoever your Molllaas order. Is this real Islam, sir?

I'm not scared of dieing. I'm only trying to live for people, who live-off me because I know, nobody would be taking care of them after you guys assassinate me. Allah tell us to fight against Evil and you are the Satanic Evil to me. You hate me, the only Major Moslim Inventor that has a major Invention since 1200 A.D. but I guess, I'm no more a Moslim anyway so you should not claim me as a Moslim Inventor. You people hate Education and
Science anyway and your record of blowing-up schools in Afghanistan and Northwest Frontier Province of Pakistan is a proof of that. You have thrown Acid on the faces of Female Teachers of Schools in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Is this what Islam that is against Chamchas like me is all about?
Is this your Human Rights Activities are all about propogating B.S. against the West and ignoring, what you brothers do in Moslim Countries?
May Allah give you a better sense ...!

Dear Mr. Turkman:

I am surprised at the strength of your innovativeness in finding ways to degrade our religion, colour, sovereignty and dignity. I don't understand how much mentally sick someone can be in their understanding to write things and suggest issues which are as appalling as the things you write/suggest. I am sure that your knowledge of our history is based on Satellite History Channel where you are spending a lot of time and you really did not have any education or history lesson in your academic life in Bangladesh - even at early stage. You claimed to have become a Mufti at 16 and yet I am sure you are one of the breeds of our unfortunate nation who are shamelessly hypocratic and Mir Jafor. How dare you suggest that the liberated or independent nations should have been ruled for longer. People like you are the hypocrats who supported the British in their killings of Indian Sub Continental people in 1757 and 1847 and people like you became their chamchas. Who helped the Americans when the British left them and when they were utterly poor in the early 19th century? Who helped the British when during Queen Victoria's time 'pick-pocketing' was a crime punishable by hanging? Which super power should have helped them? Only idiots like you have the gutts to talk like this.

With this letter I request the Moderator of this Online Service - to take care and not to allow publication of issues which are questionably abusive towards our hard earned independence - from Pakistan or even from the British. This is not freedom of speech by any terms. This is an abuse of a right to speak.

[ALOCHONA] NABIC 18th Annual Convention Held in Houston

NABIC 18th Annual Convention Held in Houston

(Houston, Texas) The 18th Annual Convention of the North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community (NABIC) was held successfully on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 7611 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas. The convention had interesting and informative programs for both adults and youth. About 160 individuals from 6 states attended the convention. During the day-long convention various issues related to basic Islamic teachings, education of Muslim children, NABIC activities, the youth, and Bangladesh were addressed.

The opening session was moderated by the newly elected President of NABIC, Dr. Rashed Nizam of Columbia, MO.  The program started with a recitation from the Holy Quran by (hafiz) Anisul Haque, a young member of Houston Bangladeshi community. Dr. Mohammad A. Haque, a longtime resident of Houston welcomed the convention attendees.  Dr. Hamid Ghazali, Superintendent of Iman Academy of Houston spoke on the various aspects and options of teaching Islam to Muslim children in America. NABIC Executive Secretary Dr. Abu Bakar Ahmed spoke about the development and relief efforts of NABIC with emphasis on charity through institution building.

The second session had two parts: the first part had two lectures on issues related to Bangladesh. Speakers were Zia Khondoker of Old Rajshahi Cadet Association (ORCA) and Dr. Mohammad A. Rob of University of Houston-Clear Lake. Mr. Khondoker highlighted various activities of ORCA including a major Sidr rehabilitation project jointly sponsored by NABIC and IMANA. Dr. Rob talked about the prospect of implementing US secondary education in Bangladesh. The second part of the session was targeted towards the younger attendees. The session was moderated by Sanzid Haque of Houston and was composed of screening the award winning documentary "A Son's Sacrifice," an interesting lecture by Dr. Mohammad Karim explaining the technique and logic behind the marvelous art work by Muslims in 10th and 11th centuries, and a picture based quiz testing the knowledge of young attendees about the life and culture in Bangladesh.

The third session titled, "Muslim Global Issues" followed Lunch and Duhr prayer and was moderated by Dr. Mohammad Karim, a past President of NABIC. There were three speakers for the session: Dr. Hafizur Rehman, president elect of the Islamic Medical Association of North America (IMANA) talked about how IMANA is serving Muslims and the Muslim healthcare professional here in the US and abroad. Dr. Abdul Hye of Houston made an interesting presentation on the mysteries of space and related those to some of the verses of the Quran. The last speaker of the session was Dr. Parvez Ahmed of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). In his speech Dr. Ahmed urged Muslims to transition from a reactive mode to a proactive mode in regard to their participation in civil and political activities.

At the end of the third session there was an hour long open question-answer session moderated by the outgoing NABIC President Dr. Sadrul Ula. He introduced the new officers and the Board of Directors of NABIC to the convention attendees. The audience was also given the opportunity to interact with the NABIC Board with their questions and comments.

The event ended with a banquet and a fund-raising session presided by Dr. Mohammad K. Zaman, NABIC Vice president and the chair of NABIC the fundraising committee. Dr. Mohammad Karim spoke glowingly and convincingly about the potential of Bangladesh. He made a powerful case for the attendees to be optimistic about Bangladesh and urged to them to support the activities of NABIC to contribute towards this optimism. The last speaker of the day was Br. Rodwan Saleh, President of the Islamic Society of Greater Houston. In his motivational speech Br. Saleh reminded the audience that according to the Quran charity is actually investing in our future. Under his insistent, able, and patient control and guidance over $135,000 was raised (or pledged) for NABIC's development and relief activities.

RE: [ALOCHONA] Fw: [Updated] Divided FOBANA and crisis in our ethnic identity in North America

There has to be a better way to resolve this internally through wisdom and leadership. Through public demonstration you will make fools of yourselves and be the laughing stock of others. The local public will look at you as Muslims, not as Bangladeshis or Indians. Besides that, what is the point in squandering your wealth on this issue on legal fees. I have never been to to FOBANA nor do I know what they stand for but is all this fighting worth it?

Our legal firm gave an estimate of $5000.00 to sue the illegal activities of these three FOBANAS and ask for at least  $50,000.00 damages. Most of the documents, records, evidences, and witnesses are available to file a valid legal case.  A tentative commitment of $1500.00 has been got so far to go for legal actions. [ALOCHONA] BAL deal with CTG proves that CTG<= Ershad

When some one make friends or reach to a deal with a good or respectable person, they proudly declare it.

But when some one make deal with a evil guy, they try to hide it.

it is evident from (1)joy's silence since his meeting with Moeen in USA, (2)BAL participation in local govt.electiona and  (3) hasina's   behaviour in contrary to her nature about the CTG(soft stand against those who put her in jail) that BAL has made a underhand deal with the CTG.

But they don't dare to declare it as they didn't when they did so with Ershad.

This proves that this CTG is no better than ershad.

Khoka is BNP. Thats why he says he is BNP, thats why BNP sponsored
his mayoral candidacy, thats why BNP command allowed him to make so
much money. The only different thing about Khoka is that he was given
a chance to breathe by the CTG, same as Manan Bhuiyan.

People who really love Ziaur Rahman and who really love BNP and who
really care about Bangladesh should first demand the removal of
Khaleda as Chairperson. That is real democracy, that is real courage,
that is developing the party and that is honouring our nationhood.
This jeedhi politics of focusing only on nethri puja and so called
BNP traitors is childish, selfish and ugly.

Khoka is BNP. He is a TYPICAL BNP NETHA under Khaleda.

You can't play these selective, short term memory, political games
anymore. As if Falu and Mirza and Harris and all the others are REAL
BNP!

Khoka could not have been Mayor of Dhaka and head of BNP Dhaka
without Tareq's command. And if Khoka was in jail on 12/1/07 you
would be calling him a real BNP netha!

Maybe you do love BNP. But you need to understand the meaning of the
word 'standards' before you can really help BNP. There is much more
to standards than nethri puja.

[mukto-mona] Obama opens door to altering his Iraq policy

One more piece of news that makes the Obama-zombies look silly, at
the very least. Now, will they say that he voted against the war in
Iraq before voting for it?

If Obama is your messiah, your religion is every Obama-skeptic's
belly laugh. Go on as you always have. Humor us. Nothing is funnier than watching the pious in any cult make fools of themselves.

PS: Lest you see any bias here, this link is to MSNBC - so far one of
the most vocally pro Obama websites. I'd love to see the expressions
of the pamphleteers here who have been touting Obama so far!

Obama opens door to altering his Iraq policy
Democrat says his upcoming trip could change his troop withdrawal plan
Sen. Barack Obama takes questions from supporters during his
campaign stop in Fargo, N.D. on Thursday.

updated 43 minutes ago
FARGO, N.D. - Democrat Barack Obama opened the door Thursday to
altering his plan to bring U.S. troops home from Iraq in 16 months
based on what he hears from military commanders during his upcoming
trip there.

"I am going to do a thorough assessment when I'm there," he told
reporters on the airport tarmac here. "I'm sure I'll have more
information and continue to refine my policy."

During his presidential campaign, Obama has gone from the hard-edged,
vocal opposition to Iraq that defined his early candidacy to more
nuanced rhetoric that calls for a phased-out drawdown of all combat
brigades that, at a rate of one or two a month, could last 16 months.
He has said that if al-Qaida builds bases in Iraq, he would keep
troops either in the country or the region to carry out "targeted
strikes."

Republicans, who have been goading Obama to return to Iraq to see
conditions for himself, pounced.

"There appears to be no issue that Barack Obama is not willing to
reverse himself on for the sake of political expedience," said Alex
Conant, a spokesman for the national Republican Party. "Obama's Iraq
problem undermines the central premise of his candidacy and shows him
to be a typical politician."

Obama's GOP rival, John McCain, has been a vocal supporter of the
Iraq war and war policy has been a central disagreement between the
two candidates.

But Obama insisted that his position has not changed at all.

He said he is saying now what he always has: The war was a mistake
and needs to be brought to "a responsible end," but "we need to be as
careful getting out as we were careless getting in." This means, he
said, that his 16-month timeline was always premised on troops being
safe and Iraq being stable.

"I'm going to continue to gather information to see whether those
conditions still hold," he said. "My goal is to end this conflict as
soon as possible."

Although he did not specifically mention his 16-month timeline on
Thursday, Obama called it "pure speculation" to suggest he has been
softening or even backing off his position as conditions improve in
Iraq.

"I continue to believe that it is a strategic error for us to
maintain a long-term occupation in Iraq at a time when conditions in
Afghanistan are worsening, al-Qaida is continuing to establish bases
in areas of northwest Pakistan, resources there are severely strained
and we are spending $10 to $12 billion a month in Iraq that we
desperately need here at home, not to mention the strains on our
military," Obama said.

Obama plans a visit this summer to Jordan, Israel, Germany, France
and the United Kingdom. The Illinois senator also has said he intends
to visit Iraq and Afghanistan this summer as part of an official
congressional trip that would be separate from the campaign-funded
Mideast and European tour. It would be his second trip to Iraq.

[mukto-mona] Repentence for the past mistakes and asking the victims for forgiveness is the only way to create a better world !

Repentence for the past mistakes and asking the victims for forgiveness is the only way to create a better world and unify people not by justifying the crimes and misdeeds or by denials   !

wrt:

Yes, the ordinary people of Pakistan was not responsible for the
atrocities of 1971in Bangladesh by the  ruling Junta of Pakistan  of
which  Jamaate Islami (JIB) was the main local collaborator.

Among many reasons that "keep the Muslims of Bangladesh and
Pakistan divided" is a basic attitude that is reflected in the blog below:
"Paki-Jamaati snakes are undermining our Liberation
War with their venoms and justifying Pak-attrocitie in the
name of Islam...... [Javed Iqbal Kaleem's blog].
Here is the quote justifying the genocide of 1971 in the
name of Islam :
"Anybody or group that raises arms against a Muslim government,
loses his identity of a Muslim and becomes a renegade. He deserves
death penalty for his rebellion... ....If the Jamaat helped and supported
the army. it did it for the cause of Muslim Ummah. When Awami League
tried to break a Muslim country by seeking aid of the worst anti-Muslim
enemy, Jamaat tried to save Pakistan." - Jamaati Javed Iqbal Kaleem in
Do you approve this Paki-Jamaati propaganda,Brother Hannan ?

The people of different countries can join together to
form a better world only through a bottom up approach.
Although very feeble we can see a growth of
voices of conscince in Pakistan which can unify
the mankind: Repentence for the past mistakes
and asking the victims for forgiveness is the only way
to create a better world for the people of the countries
that had been at war with each other, not by justifying the
crimes and misdeeds or denials.

Recently my niwce , a journalist went to Pakistan in a journalists delegation .She wrote and also told me that common people of Pakistan  say that they are in no way responsible. It is only the then politicians and  generals who were responsible for all mis-happengs.They feel that some element are out to keep the Muslims of Bangladesh and Pakistan divided so that enemies of these countries and Islam can benefit.

These are clear indications that few Paki-Jamaatis [ Javed, Kaukab et el] are very active

the main accessory and collaborator with it's Al-Badar in the front-line.
Till today, they are actively trying to falsify our history and justify their crimes and atrocities
of 1971 in the name of Islam. JIB and its cohorts  have the same game plan.

I have no problem with the ordinary people of Pakistan, they are as deprived as our
ordinary masses. What has happened in 1971 is a phenomenon. This phenomenon
may repeat unless the new generation know the true history of our Nation's birth
and stay alert against all external enemies, and enemies within. The price for our
independence was paid with the blood of our masses and the izzats of mothers and
sisters.

Do you see that the same Pakistani indoctrination still prevails, I have been called
a Hindu (Mr. Sri Gose) , promoting his Indian agenda,  just because I have a different
vision or different points of view. I read in history books and heard from our elderly that every
democratic movements before independence [1947-71 from Bhasa Andolon to 6-point /11-point movements] were termed as acts of Hindus promoting Indian agenda. I think, you know  better than me ....

Lo and behold ! All our victories of yesterday
Is embedded in one that we paid the price with blood...
And the honor of our mothers and sisters ...
Stay alert of the traitors and enemies within .....
Lest we forget—lest we forget!

Thanks for your patience

Mr. Aslam,

I fail to understand as to why are you trying to quote from a Pakistani national  and trying to prove that he is Bangladeshi Jamat Activist. Pakistanis may say anything but we can not take that as bench mark for anything because we are no longer Pakistan. We were Pakistan for only 24 years and we are Bangladesh for 37 years. the most active part of our population were all born in bangladesh. Then why cant you forget Pakistan. We have nothing to do with them. they are not our friend , philosopher or guide. So why bother about them. Just believe that Pakistan do not exist.

I just wonder what a metamorphosis Mr. Bahar has gone through in 40 years .......now he is an apologist for the JIB, a buddhi-Jibi working for Jamaat .
Read my lips again:

"Paki-Jamaati snakes are undermining our Liberation  War with their venoms and
justifying Pak-attrocitie in the name of Islam...... [Javed Iqbal Kaleem's blog].
Here is the quote justifying the genocide of 1971 in the name of Islam :
"Anybody or group that raises arms against a Muslim government,
loses his identity of a Muslim and becomes a renegade. He deserves
death penalty for his rebellion... ....If the Jamaat helped and supported
the army. it did it for the cause of Muslim Ummah. When Awami League
tried to break a Muslim country by seeking aid of the worst anti-Muslim
enemy, Jamaat tried to save Pakistan." - Jamaati Javed Iqbal Kaleem in
So, you approve this Jamaati propaganda, Mr. Bahar?

Mr. Bahar you are basically saying that opposing this attitude
and defending the Glory of  our War of Liberation is to
promote the Indian agenda ......

Mr. Bahar when your logic fails you use "argumentum ad hominem".
I have to admit, you specialize in the propaganda tactics of repeatedly
falsifying facts and personal attacks.  Oh, yeah ! people who glorify our liberation war do not have shame, because they don't wear the special kind of lebash that Jamaatis wear.

Syed Aslam

PS:   You previously called him Mr. Sri Gose. Your Pakistani collegue called him Tilak Mataji, no wonder you guys are indoctrinated in the same Goebelian School: Propaganda must facilitate the displacement of aggression by specifying the targets for hatred.

I am surprised to see people in the Notun Bangla forgot that this gentleman used two Muslim names to promote his Indian agenda. I previously called him Mr. Sri Gose. After my rebuttle he stopped using one Muslim name and now is very cosy using the other Sufi  like name, Syed Aslam. But I saved all his previous files where he used two names.

Lately he wrote here:

Well, why to wonder in this Gose's commitment to hate Jamati Islami and its cohorts. Mr. Gose giving everybody advise to worship the Indian/ AL agenda of 1971 liberation war and divide our nation between pro-liberation and anti- liberation forces is not surprising.

Mr. Gose,
It has been close to 40 years. You are playing the broken record. If you get paid for this full time job to feed your family, that is your business but in your very immoral act how do you feel to advise people? Previously, I asked you to ask your consciounce and to keep quiet or use the real name. I can see that people who have no shame do not change. But here I can see someone even giving us advise.

Attention : Mr. Md. Mostafa Kamal

Mr. Md. Mostafa Kamal

What makes you so irritated? Mr Golam Ahmed is a gentleman and
admitted that it was a "copy paste mistake"

In general, I am not interested in nitpicking and didn't want to get
dragged into that debate.

But, as a matter of fact I have no problem in using the term BAL.
Read my past posts, I have used the word  BAL many times to indicate
Awami League.

However, we the Bangladeshis do not use ML for Muslim League
JIB for Jamaate Islami of Bangladesh  or BAL for Bangladesh
Awami League, in general. It is very clear from your posts that you
are using the word BAL in bad faith with your pubic senses and
biased understandings of the ongoing historical processes.

I desdain to conceal my views: I have openly declared many times
that, I consider Jamaate Islami Bangladesh (JIB) the most henious
socio-political group in the history of  Bangladesh. This group
is a proven traitor and have never regreted for their misdeeds of
1971. Now they are trying to justify their crimes of 1971 in cahoot

Mr. Kamal, You are stunchly anti-BAL. Just admit it ! That is the fact !
As I see,  you and your Mastuto cousins get tremendous amounts of inner
pubic sataisfaction when using the term BAL for Awami League. If you want
to fight Awami League, fight politically, not with your pubic narrowness.

As always, am a silent on-looker of of the events that are unfolding before
our eyes. Between BNP and Awami League, I look into their agenda
case by case basis. Each party has it's own GOOD, BAD and UGLY.

Sorry, Julfi ki baat may BAL o pe aagiya .....

Take it easy ....

Thanks

Syed Aslam
PS: In urdu, Bal means human hair, alternatively it may mean
wings. Please read Bal-i-Jibril (Urdu: با ل جبر یل; or Gabriel's Wing
by poet Allama Iqbal and freshen up your mind !!!!)
