The War criminal issue had resolved in 1974 but RAW, India is using this issue just to destroy the unity & communal harmony among Bangladeshis thus destroying democratic environment, creating anarchy & finally weakening Bangladesh. Unfortunately BAL has entered into the trap of RAW, India.
We see from the agreements (1) Shimla Agreement signed on July 3, 1972 between Pakistan & India (2) Delhi Agreement signed on August 28, 1973 between Pakistan & India (3) Delhi Agreement signed on April 9, 1974 among Bangladesh, India & Pakistan.
We would like to request you all to think positively and be aware about the conspiracy against Bangladesh.

The BAL has assured that they will trial the "War Criminals", but for the first time in last February the Law minister just returning home from USA, informed us that they will not trial war criminals. They will trial "the Crimes against humanity" and finally the tribunal is formed.
We have also noticed that the issue is resolved in 1974 by Sk Mujibur Rahman. Who have given him the authority to forgive "War Criminals"?
However, a movement named "Juddhaporadhider Khomakarider Bichar Andolon" with the slogan "Juddhaporadhider Khomakarider Bichar Chai, Fashi Chai" is already working.

We had fought against Yahiya, Bhutto's (Who were the killers of democracy) hanadar Pak bahinies in 1971 but the law minister has disclosed that in the war of 1971 Pakistan had defeated and India had won i.e. the War of 1971 was between India & Pakistan.
What about Bangladesh and its people?
What about the sacrifice of lives of our great sons of soil? What about our sisters who had lost chastity?? Who will bear all those shames???
