[mukto-mona] Mental disease is the new name for terrorism in Europe? Who they kidding?



"Police arrested a 19-year-old Norwegian national of Somali origin. They say there is no evidence of radicalisation.

Speaking at a press conference, the Met's assistant commissioner for specialist operations, Mark Rowley, said the police investigation "increasingly points" to the attack being "triggered by mental health issues".-BBC

What a relief that this was not a terror attack but a mental disease case? The victims were randomly chosen and man came all the way from Norway to validate his mental disease? How long can these people play these dumb games?
