Dr. Pannah,
You must remember how emotional Mr. Khan was, when he pulled out the US constitution from his pocket. I thought, he was avid supporter of US constitution. But, my notion was disputed by the attached link in the previous post. It shows - he is a staunch support of Sharia Laws.
So, I think - his gesture with the US constitution was just to make a political point to rebuke Trump.
