Yeah, it is simply comical and laughable. This shows why Islamic countries run by poorly educated Islamist will stay laggard for many more decades to come! It is a great shame that people try to spin Sharia as something divine and desirable... when Muslims masses are fleeing from the Sharia paradises. People in this discussion group would rather have their children educated in a secular and enlightening infidel schools than Saudi funded garbage Wahabi schools. First Thing first. Why proponent of shariat law go to a great length to hide the fact there is no mention of shariat law in Holy book. It does say Sharia living in two lines. Shariat law book has thousand of lines. Can anybody add to religion after Prophet, especially Century latrr. It is at best somebody s interpretation. That person or people cannot mandae their interpretation as laws from God, then what was the role of last Prophet. Enforcing or supporting shariat law as religiuos dictum is tantamount to playing prophet, but last prophet passed away centuries earlier. I will not be too supprizsed PM is rolling in his grAve when somebody mention shariat.
Chopping wrist for larceny was a tribal justices predating Judaism, that is also in shariat law . With shariat law trying bring tribal law as part religion. Prophet did fight tribal justices are now part shariat law; now go figure what is important Islam or shariat law.
