Bengali cultural festivals in the Muslim Bangladesh have all been reduced to idolatrous and primeval fun and frolic suffused and saturated with Hindu elements as if those festivals have to be celebrated as only Hindu rituals, empty of and antithetical to Islamic ethos and ethics. Why can't we observe those occasions in an Islamically compatible way? তারা এটাই প্রচলন করতে চায় যে, বাংলদেশী সংস্কৃতি চর্চা ও বহন করতে হলে যেন আমাদের ইসলামী মূল্যবোধ ত্যাগ করে হিন্দু ও ভারতীয় সংস্কৃতিকে জড়িয়ে ধরতে হবে!! হেজাব দেয়া, দাড়ি টুপি পড়া হয় জংঙ্গি, আর হোলি খেলা হয় সংস্কৃতির জাতে উঠা !! বাংলাভাষায় বক্তিতা দেয়ার পরিবর্তে এই সব হাসিনারা, জাফর ইকবালরা , মুনতাসীর মামুনরা বক্তিতা দেয় হিন্দিতে ও ইংরেজিতে, নব্য চেতনায় উদ্ধুত্ত হয়ে !!
নববর্ষ উদযাপন করতে হলে যেন আমাদের কালীপূজার মতো মূর্তি নিয়ে, উলংগ হয়ে নাচানাচি করতে হবে !! হাজার হাজার বছর ধরে যেন বাংলা নববর্ষ , বাংলা সংস্কৃতি মুলসিম বাংলাদেশিরা যেন পালন করে নাই !! নিজেদের স্বকীয়তা, নিজেদের মূল্যবোধ , নিজেদের পরিচিতি ছেড়ে ভারতীয় আর হিন্দু পরিচিতি না ধরলে যেন বাঙালি জাত থাকে না !!
ভারত কাগজে কলমে ধর্ম-নিরপেক্ষতার স্টিকার লাগিয়ে কাজে-কর্মে হিন্দু ধর্মের উগ্র মাতলামি ও অপবেবহার রাজনীতি, সংস্কৃতি, শিক্ষা, পররাষ্ট্রনীতি ,বেবসা ও সামাজিকভাবে চর্চা প্রতিনিয়ত হরদম ! গো-মাংস রাখার অপরাধে খুন হওয়া, গণ পিটুনি ও ধর্ষিত হওয়া একপ্রকার অলিখিত রীতিই হয়ে গেছে ! মুসলিমদের কবর থেকে উঠিয়ে ধর্ষণের হুমকিকারী পুরোহিতকে প্রাদেশিক প্রধান পুরুস্কৃত করা হয় !! আমাদের নব্য চেতনাধারী সুশীলরা ও গণমাধ্যমরা এতে অসহনীয়ভাবে সহনীয় ও বধির মতো নির্বাক- চেতনায় অচেতন !! থাক না সংবিধান বা কাগজে কলমে ধর্ম-নিরপেক্ষতা; কাজে হিন্দুভা হচ্ছে সত্যিকারের ভারতীয় হওয়ার বাস্তবতা !!
কিন্তু বাংলাদেশ কাগজে কলমে ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র হয়েও , সামাজিকভাবে, রাজনৈতিকভাবে , শিক্ষা অঙ্গনে, প্রশাসনিকভাবে /কেরিয়ারে, সুশীল সমাজে ও গণমাধমে একটা ইসলাম-বিরোধী সংস্কৃতি, সেন্টিমেন্ট ও প্রচার বর্তমানের রীতি হয়ে গেছে !! ইসলামী মূল্যবোধ ও চর্চা যেন এখন একটা অপরাধমূলক কাজের মতো !! আল্লাহকে গালাগালিকারীদর মুক্তি যুদ্ধের শহীদদের সন্মান দেয়া হয় !! দাড়ি-টুপি-হিজাব এসবকে জঙ্গি , অশিক্ষিত, পশ্চাদপদ ও শয়তান-রূপায়ণ দেয়া হয় ! এমনকি তাদের বাঙালী পরিচিতি ও নাগরিকত্বের অধিকারও বিভিন্ন গণমাধ্মে কেড়ে নিয়ে পাকিস্তানী আখ্যা দেয়া একটা সংক্রমণ ব্যাধি হয়ে গেছে !! যেন ইসলামী মূল্যবোধ ও চর্চা বাঙালি পরিচিতির সাথে খাপ না !! থাক না সংবিধান বা কাগজে কলমে মুসলিম রাষ্ট্র, কাজে মুসলিম-বিরোধীতাই বাঙালি পরিচিতির পূর্বশর্ত !!বাকশালীদের ডাবল স্ট্যান্ডার্ড রীতিমতো হাস্যকর !!
