মঙ্গলবার সুনামগঞ্জ জেলার উজান তাহিরপুরে রমা দাশ নামে এক ব্যাক্তিকে রমজান মাসে হোটেলে সিগারেট খাওয়ার কারনে গাছের সঙ্গে বেধে বেধড়ক পিটিয়েছে ঐ গ্রামের মিজান মিয়া ওরপে বল্লা মিয়া। তাকে গুরুতর ভাবে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে। অপরদিকে পুলিশ মামলা নিতে অস্বিকার করেছে। অপরদিকে পাকিস্তানে হিন্দু হোক আর যেই হোক মাথায় টুপি পড়ে রাস্তায় বের হতে হবে?
