Pakistan is the Mecca of terrorists; they receive Jihadi indoctrination and training in Pakistan.
Many moderate Muslims love to blame CIA for creating ISIS, AlQaeda, Hammas, Harkatul-Jihad, Islamic fundamentalism, etc., as if Muslims are such gullible people that CIA can easily motivate them to commit suicide for the interests of the USA all over the world.
While that's been the narrative among many Muslims, the truth remains to be that radical indoctrination occurs massively in the Mosques and Madrassas in Pakistan. This is where Muslims come from all over the world for spiritual Wahhabi-indoctrination.
Western countries will figure it out, ultimately, how to fight back Jihad, but Muslim countries will face almost unsurmountable obstacle to fight Jihadi people among themselves. It's like, fighting ghosts with mustard seeds, when mustard seeds contain ghosts. Bangladesh have been engaged in such a fight now. All Muslim countries are their potential target, because they believe, Allah has entrusted them with the responsibility of installing the purest form of Islam on earth. So, the fight goes on
