ধর্ষণ শুধু ধর্ষণে থেমে থাকেনি… ধর্ষণ, পায়ুকাম, ধর্ষণের পর নারীদের স্তন কেটে নেয়া, বেনয়েট দিয়ে যৌনাঙ্গে খুঁচিয়ে পায়ুপথ যৌনাঙ্গ একাকার করে দেয়ার মত বীভৎসতা ছিলো ১৯৭১সালে যুদ্ধকালীন সময়ে পাক বাহিনীর নিত্য বিনোদন। বাংলাদেশের নারীরা প্রকৃত মুসলিম নয়, তারা হিন্দুদের সংস্পর্শে "কাফির"এ পরিণত হয়েছে। তাদের সাথে প্রকৃত মুসলিম পাক সেনাদের সঙ্গমে জন্ম নেবে "সাচ্চা মুসলমান" নীতিতে বিশ্বাসী পাক সেনারা যুদ্ধের দীর্ঘ নয় মাসে কত মা বোনের ইজ্জত নষ্ট করেছে তার হিসেব পাওয়া কঠিন।
(2) ধর্ষণের পাকি-দর্শন: নিয়াজী টিক্কাখান তাদের বয়ান ও বিবৃতি থেকে জানা যায়, তারা মনে করতো তৎকালীন পূর্ব পাকিস্তান যে সব মুসলমান রয়েছে, মূলত তারা হিন্দু ধর্ম থেকে ধর্মান্তরিত ও হয়েছে । তাই তাদের উপর হিন্দু তথা ভারতের প্রভাব বেশি তাদেরকে সাচ্চা মুসলমান বানাতে হলে বাঙালি নারীদের ঔরসে পাকিস্তানি শিশু জন্ম নিলে তারা হবে 'সাচ্চা ' মুসলমান। এর পক্ষেও সমর্থন দেখি ড. জেকরি ডেভিস তার ''দি চেঞ্জিং ফেস অব জেনোসাইড ণ্ডবাংলাদেশ ১৯৭১-৭২'' শীর্ষক প্রতিবেদনে উল্লেখ করেছেন, তৎকালীন পূর্ব পাকিস্তানকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার উদ্দেশ্যে সার্বিক পরিকল্পনায় পূর্ব পকিস্তানে অবস্থানরত পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানী সেনা বাহিনীর প্রতি, যত বেশী সংখ্যায় সম্ভব তত বেশী বিবাহিত বা অবিবাহিত বাঙালি নারীকে গর্ভবতী করার জন্য ইসলামাবাদের নির্দেশ ছিল।

I agree with the above.
But what's the harm if a country with overwhelming majority belonging to one faith and makes it their religion? It does not in any way disturb other faiths, nor does it restrict religious practices by others. Mind you, it is done to satisfy the majority, to make them happy; it is a political move. What is the problem? At the same time, I do not agree that a country with more than 90% people belonging to one faith should be designated "Secular." It hurts, rightly or wrongly, the majority faith, and it is bad politics.
