The Supreme Court of India like the SCOTUS here has become biased in favor of the government and Modi is about to expand it by 30 more judges of his choice. God help Indian justice system.
Just one example: the Judges of SCI concluded that the mob action at the mosque was WRONG and reprehensible. but they gave the victory to the aggressors because of the majority SENTIMENTS. (I have read the judgement). Also cricketer Saif of the BD team leaving India one day late had to pay a fine of $200 while his team mate Liton Das had to pay $2 only for the same offense, on the same day at the same time and same flight. The fine is normal, the difference of the amount for members of two religious groups is DISCRIMINATORY to say the least.This is official rule of the Reserve Bank of India which now also mandates new account applicants to banks and other financial organizations to state their RELIGION when opening an account! ( To ensure favoritism one section of the people and/or to discriminate against a section, Muslims, of its own people) Can you believe it. Even PK does not have this kind of rules.
Mr. Guha, please do not degrade yourself any more.Support the right. oppose the wrong in thought word and deed.If you are unable to oppose due to personal reasons,keep quiet. I am a bit disappointed in you ( Perhaps you don't care.)
