Ramadan Mubarak to everyone.
BUFLA is helping the needy community members in Los Angeles area as well as in Bangladesh who are affected by this Corona Virus Pandemic crisis situation. BUFLA is also helping the doctors, nurses and hospital staff members with food and PPE supplies at some Hospitals in Los Angeles area (Providence Holy Cross Hospital, Mission Hills, CA) and also in several districts of Bangladesh. BUFLA has distributed about 1,500 face masks to the greater Los Angeles community with the  generous sponsorship of the BMANA-CA and the Greater San Diego Bangladeshi community. BUFLA has distributed those face-masks through different BUFLA-EC member organizations and through the local Bangladeshi restaurants.

করোনা ভাইরাসের মহামারিতে দেশে দেশে জীবনের ঝুঁকি নিয়ে হিরো হিসেবে কাজ করছেন ডাক্তার, নার্স এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীরা। তাদের সম্মানার্থে গতকাল (বুধবার) লস এঞ্জেলেস কাউন্টির মিশন হিল সিটির প্রভিডেন্স হলি ক্রস মেডিকেল সেন্টারে ডাক্তার, নার্স এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদের লাঞ্চ এবং ডিনার সরবরাহ করেছে বাফলা। ন্যাশনাল নার্স ডে উপলক্ষে বাফলার পক্ষ থেকে এই উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়। 

খাবারগুলো হস্তান্তরের সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাফলা প্রেসিডেন্ট শিপার চৌধুরী ভাই, বাফলা চ্যারিটির কো-অর্ডিনেটর জসীম আশরাফী ভাই ও আব্দুস সামাদ পাবলিক রিলেশন সেক্রেটারি।

করোনায় যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের বিধ্বস্ত স্টেটসমূহের একটি ক্যালিফোর্নিয়া। আর এলএ কাউন্টি করোনার হটস্পট। এখানেই জীবন বাজি রেখে কাজ করছেন স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীরা। এর মধ্যে একটি কমিউনিটির পক্ষ থেকে এমন সম্মান পেয়ে আবেগাপ্লুত হন হাসপাতালের ডাক্তার, নার্স এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীরা। তারা আমাদের বাংলাদেশী কমিউনিটিকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জানান। 

বাফলার সাবেক প্রেসিডেন্ট নজরুল আলম ভাইয়ের প্রতিষ্ঠান লাল মির্চ রেস্টুরেন্ট থেকে খাবারগুলো সরবরাহ করা হয়। তিনি অত্যন্ত যত্নসহকারে সব সার্ভ করেন।‌ 

উল্লেখ্য, করোনাভাইরাসের দুর্যোগকারীন বাংলাদেশ ইউনিটি ফেডারেশন অব লস এঞ্জেলেস (বাফলা)-এর 'কোভিড-১৯ বাফলা এসিস্ট্যান্ট প্রোগ্রাম' শুরু করেছে। এই প্রোগ্রামের আওতায় নিম্নোক্ত কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে:-

🛑১. করোনার প্রভাবে আর্থিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ লস এঞ্জেলেসের স্থানীয় পরিবারগুলোর মধ্যে সহযোগিতার জন্য জরুরি খাদ্য পণ্য বা নগদ অর্থ প্রদান।

🛑২. লস এঞ্জেলেস এবং আশপাশের সিটিতে মাস্ক বিতরণ।

🛑৩. বাংলাদেশে করোনায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্থদের সহযোগিতা।

🛑৪. বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন হাসপাতালে ডাক্তার ও স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদেরকে পিপিই প্রদান।

কোভিড-১৯ বাফলা এসিস্ট্যান্ট প্রোগ্রামের কার্যক্রম শুরু।

করোনাভাইরাসের দুর্যোগকারীন বাংলাদেশ ইউনিটি ফেডারেশন অব লস এঞ্জেলেস (বাফলা)-এর 'কোভিড-১৯ বাফলা এসিস্ট্যান্ট প্রোগ্রাম'-এর কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়েছে। গত শনিবার সিলেটে করোনা পরিস্থিতিতে কর্মহীন অসহায় ১৩০টি পরিবারের মাঝে বাফলা চ্যারিটির উদ্যোগে খাদ্য সামগ্রী বিতরণ করা হয়।

খাদ্য সামগ্রী বিতরণের সময় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সিলেট মেট্রোপলিটন পুলিশের সিনিয়র সহকারী পুলিশ কমিশনার পলাশ রঞ্জ দে, বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন মোগলাবাজার থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ আখতার হোসেন। এছড়াও যারা এই প্রোগ্রাম বাস্তবায়ানে সহযোগিতা করেছেন সবার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা। 

উল্লেখ্য, কোভিড-১৯ বাফলা এসিস্ট্যান্ট প্রোগ্রামের আওতায় আগামী ৩ মাস বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে খাদ্য সহায়তা ও চিকিৎসকদের পিপিইসহ চিকিৎসা সামগ্রী দেওয়া হবে।

ইংরেজীতে 'আইডেনটিটি পলিটিক্স' বাংলায় ধরলাম 'স্বত্ত্বা বাজী'।

ধরেন, আপনি 'মুসলিম'। আপনার একটি স্বত্ত্বা, একটি পরিচয়। এটি আহত হতে পারে, যদি আপনার মুসলিম পরিচয়ের কোন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় নিয়ে খারাপ কিছু শোনেন/দেখেন/বোঝেন।

অর্থ্যাৎ, আপনার মুসলিমানুভূতি আহত হতে পারে।

এবার আপনার অন্যান্য পরিচয়গুলি নিয়েও কথা বলা যায়? এই যেমন আপনি একজন পিতা / মাতা। সন্তান বিষয়ে আপনার কিছু দুর্বলতা রয়েছে, ফলে আপনার সন্তানুভূতিও আহত হতে পারে, যদি সে ব্যাথা পায়, কেউ বকা দেয়, কিংবা স্কুলে সমস্যা হয়।

এভাবেই আমরা পরিচয় নিয়ে ঘুরি, একেকজনের বহু পরিচয়। আপনি বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা, মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সমর্থক। মুক্তিযুদ্ধ নিয়ে কেউ কুৎসা রটনা করলে, আপনার মাথায় আগুন জ্বলে।

আপনি বিনপি পন্থী, খালেদা, তারেক জিয়াকে নিয়ে কেউ মন্তব্য করলে আপনার দিলে খোট দেয়।

আপনি লীগপন্থী, শেখ মুজিব নিয়ে আপনার মহান দুর্বলতা, তাকে নিয়ে কেউ বাজে কথা বললে আপনি আহত হচ্ছেন।

আপনার এই যে বিবিধ স্বত্ত্বা, এগুলির ভেতরেও আন্তঃকলহ থাকতে পারে।

তখন আপনি একটা সমস্যায় ভুগতে পারেন, একে ইংরেজিতে 'কগনিটিভ ডিজোনেন্স' বা ধরেন, বাংলায় তার_ছিড়ালী বলতে পারি।

মানে যখন দুইটা স্বত্তার ভেতরের আন্তকলহ আপনাকে বিপদে ফেলে না, স্বত্ত্বা দুইটা নিজেদের মতোন করে আপনার ভেতরেই বাস করে।

এই যেমন ধরেন বাঙালী স্বত্ত্বা। এর সাথে মুসলিম স্বত্ত্বার বিপুল বিরোধ।

এই যে বিরোধগুলি, তার আবিষ্কার কিন্তু রাজনীতির হাত ধরে। একে বলে, উপরোল্লিখিত, আইডেনটিটি পলিটিক্স, বা স্বত্ত্বা-বাজী।

আপনি পহেলা বৈশাখ ভালোবাসেন, কিন্তু একই সাথে মুসলিম। আপনি রবীন্দ্রনাথের গান ভালোবাসেন, কিন্তু আপনার মুসলিম স্বত্ত্বার হুজুরেরা বলে রবীন্দ্রনাথ হিন্দু, কাজেই আপনি মুসলিম হইলে বাঙালী হইতে পারবেন না।

এই যে দুই পরিচয়ের মাঝে ঘাপলা বাধাইয়া দেয়া, এইটা বর্তমান কালের রাজনীতি খুব ভালো করে চর্চা করে।

এবার আসি, বাংলাদেশ রাষ্ট্রের একজন নাগরিক, মালিক হিসেবে আপনার যে নাগরিক পরিচয়, তার প্রসঙ্গে।

আপনার কিছু মৌলিক অধিকার বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান নিশ্চিত করার কথা ছিলো। রাষ্ট্র নামের যে সাংগাঠনিক যন্ত্রটা বিপুল শক্তি ও অর্থের জোরে বাংলাদেশ নিয়ন্ত্রন করে, তার মালিক হিসেবে আপনি সেই অধিকার প্রাপ্যদের একজন।

এখন রাষ্ট্রের যারা পরিচালক, মানে নির্বাচিত রাজনীতিবিদ, তারা যদি আপনার সেই অধিকার চুরি করে নিজেদের আখের গোছানোতে ব্যাস্ত থাকে, আপনি তখন কি করবেন?

প্রতিবাদী হবেন, ঠিক?

এবার আসেন, রাষ্ট্র কিভাবে সেই প্রতিবাদী জনগনকে প্রতিহত করবে, সেইটা বুঝি।

রাষ্ট্রের সকল যন্ত্রপাতি, আপনাকে বিভিন্ন স্বত্ত্বায় বিভক্ত করে, আপনারেই আপনার ভাই, বোন, বাপ, বন্ধু ইত্যাদি অন্য নাগরিকের সাথে লাগায়ে দিবে, ফাটায়ে দিবে।

আপনি মুসলিম হয়ে মুক্তিযুদ্ধবাদীর সাথে লড়াই করতে থাকবেন, অথবা বাঙালী হয়ে রাজকারের বিচার চাইবেন, অথবা রাজাকারের বিচারের দাবি করবেন, অথবা বিচার দাবি কারীদের সাথে মাইর ধর শুরু করবেন, অথবা নাস্তিকদের নিয়ে দৌড়াবেন, অথবা বামপন্থী দেখলে কটুবাক্য বর্ষণ করবেন।

ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি এবং ইত্যাদি।

আপনার অধিকার, সংবিধান প্রদত্ত মৌলিক নাগরিক অধিকার কিন্তু ওই দিক দিয়ে লুটের মহোৎসব চলতেই আছে।

চলতেই থাকে।

লুটকারীদের কোন পরিচয় নাই, তারা আইডিনটিটি পলিটিক্সে আক্রান্ত না, তাদের কোন লুটকার অনুভূতি নাই।

এরা অন্ধকারের জীব, এরাই আমারে আপনার সাথে লাগায়ে দেয়, তারপরে অন্ধকারে আড়ালে বসে খ্যাক খ্যাক করে মজা দেখতে থাকে।

আপনি কি করবেন, নিজেই জানেন, ঠিক?

I think Dr. Roy's messages with Facebook links showing atrocities on religious minorities in Bangladesh are working like trying to wake up people who are not asleep.

Any Bangladeshi who thinks that India's interest in breaking up Pakistan was the principal reason for the 1971 liberation movement in Bangladesh is not worthy of arguing with. There is no question about the fact that Hindus were indiscriminate targets of Islamic hatred and brutality in East Bengal in 1971. For now, Bangladesh needs to trash 'bismillah' and 'state religion' from its Constitution. Among many other things, the Muslim settlers who were got into the Chittagong Hill Tracts illegally and by force and brutality should be kicked out of there.

By the way, Islam is not the only deadly and horrible religion virus. It is the most harmful one now. But Hinduism and Christianity are two other viruses that are not as harmful how.

There is evidence of atrocities in Bangladesh or Pakistan which evident in India and Burma, also it's witnessed by independent organisations internationally, subsequently condemned for India and Burma, where as there is evidence of any such in Bangladesh and Pakistan. That's an outcry by hypocrites like you. My parents left India and still my mum's family still fighting with the government for last 70 years for their 300 acre of land under acquisitions WB government for being Muslim!!! Isn't that atrocious? My cousins never given any opportunity in government jobs even they scored first class from Aligarh University for being Muslim!! Isn't that atrocious? There are thousands and thousands Muslims are deprived by Indian government in India. Don't be hypocrites.

প্রথমত, ক্যাপ্টেন মাজেদ ধরা পড়ার পর বাংলাদেশ মিডিয়া যেমন সরগম ছিল, রিসালদার মোসলেমুদ্দিনের বেলায় সেটা দেখছি না। শেষ খবরটি ছিল ভারতীয় গোয়েন্দা কথিত মোসলেমউদ্দিন কে বাংলাদেশের কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে হস্তান্তর করেছে। তার পর আর কোন সংবাদ আমি  দেখিনি, যদিনা মিস করে থাকি।

দ্বিতীয়ত, বড়ুয়া বাবুর প্রচারিত দ্বিতীয় ভিডিওটি সম্ভবত মোসলেমউদ্দিনের। লুঙ্গিপড়া হাতুড়ে ডাক্তার। তিনি এই ভিডিওটি কোথায় পেলেন জানিনা, তবে ভিডিওতে আপনারাই ছবি মিলিয়ে দেখুন তা বাংলদেশের পূর্ব প্রচারিত ছবির সাথে মিলে কিনা। আমিতো কোন মিল খুঁজে পাচ্ছি না। মুক্তি যুদ্ধে মোসলেমউদ্দিন আমাদের সাথে ছিল। ৮ম বেঙ্গলে একজন নায়েব সুবেদার হিসাবে (প্ৰাক্তন পাকিস্তানী ট্যাঁক বাহিনীর সদস্য), সিলেট অঞ্চলে। একটু ভারিক্কি গোছের দেহ। বর্তমানে তার বয়স ৮০ বা তার বেশিও হতে পারে। একবার প্রচার করা হয়েছিল যে মোসলেমউদ্দিন মারা গেছে। ভিডিওতে যাকে দেখানো হয়েছে, তার বয়স ষাটের মত হতে পারে। আগরতলা চৌকির তলা।  

 তৃতীয়ত, ১৫ ই আগস্টের হোতাদের কে "খুনি" বলে অপবাদ দেয়া হচ্ছে। বিচার করে ফাঁসিও দেয়া হয়েছে। মানি, কিছু খুন খারাবি হয়েছিল সেদিন, যা দুঃখজনক। কিন্তু তারা কি খুন করতে গিয়েছিল ? মুজিবের সাথে বা তাঁর পরিবারের সাথে কি তাদের কোন ব্যাক্তিগত দ্বন্দ্ব ছিল ? মারতে যাবে কেন ? আমরা জানি, একটি গণবিরোধী, অত্যাচারী সরকার পরিবর্তনই ছিল তাদের লক্ষ্য। সেই লক্ষ্য অর্জিত হয়েছে। মুজিবের ঘনিষ্ঠ সহযোগীরাই হুড়মুড় করে পরবর্তী সরকার গঠন করে, যখন কিনা মুজিবের লাশ সিঁড়িতে পড়ে। ক্যাপ্টেন মেজররা নয়। সমগ্র জনতা, সারা দেশ সেই অভ্যুত্থানকে স্বাগত জানায়। সূর্য সন্তান বলে আখ্যায়িত করে। কারণ তারা সেদিন দেশটিকে উদ্ধার করেছিল, বাঁচিয়েছিল। আওয়ামী নেতা মালেক উকিলের ভাষায় অত্যাচারী ফেরাউন থেকে রক্ষা করেছিল।  

অতএব, যদি ফাঁসিতে ঝুলাতেই হয়, বাংলাদেশের সকল সশস্ত্র বাহিনীকে (যারা সেই অভ্যুত্থানকে সমর্থন দিয়েছিল) ঝুলাতে হবে।  সমগ্র জাতিটাকেই ঝুলাতে হবে, যারা সেদিন মুজিবের পতনে উল্লাস করেছিল, মুক্তি পেয়েছিল।

এতোদিন শুনেছি বাংলাদেশ মুজিবের দেশ, এখন দেখি পুরো বিশ্বটাই যেন মুজিব কন্যা হায়েনার বিশ্ব? বাহ্ববা!! পা চাটা কুকুরের সন্তানের বিশিষ্ট সন্তান। মুজিব যেমন পা চাঁটতে চাঁটতে এতো উপরে গিয়েছিল যে ধরাকে সডাজ্ঞাণ করত। সে তার নিজের পাপে নিজেই মড়েছে। আপনি যে ভিডিও লিংক দিয়েছেন তাতেই জেনারেল শফিও তার বক্তব্যে একি কথা বলেছেন। সৈনিকরা ফের আউনের পরিবারের কীর্তি কলাপে এতো অতিষ্ঠ হয়ে ছিল যে, তারা সরকার কে উৎখাত করতে চেয়েছিল, তাদেরকে মারতে চাইনি। নিজের দেওয়া ভিডিও গুলি ভালকরে শুনুন আর দেখুন শিখানো বুলিদিয়ে কিভাবে জনাব শফি, জিয়াকে জড়াবার চেষ্টা করছেন। আর কতো মিথ্যার আশ্রয় নেবেন? 

আগে নিজের সৃষ্টি কর্তাকে চিনুন। মনে রাখবেন:
