"The truth is Sushma Swaraj said in 1992 that you can encash Ram Janmabhoomi movement only once and we have done that."
Did India become Ram Janmabhomi because of what she said in 1992? I don't think so. I don't see your point bringing this meaningless mention here. I thought you will educate me about Babri-massacre.
"The democratic process of Bangladesh was slaughtered by the election of January 5th with the full support of Indian government. I can't speak for BNP because I am not a supporter of BNP but I know BAL refused to participate in the General Election of 2007 because the "Caretaker Government at that time was not perfect". Even a fool won't participate in an election under a political government in Bangladesh. "
You said earlier that – Sushma Swaraj destroyed democracy in Bangladesh. I was waiting for that reply, and you have not articulated it in the above argument. What you have said, instead, is - 5th January election killed democracy. How could an election kill democracy? Does this statement make sense to you?
You said – even a fool will not participate in an election under a political government in Bangladesh? In that case, you may never be able to cast your vote in your life. My friend, BNP is already participating in the local government elections under a political government already?

Think about which party actually destroyed democracy is Bangladesh. There has been two general elections, and BNP, instead of taking part in them, they did everything to stop it. To stop election, BNP cadres burned polling centers, bus full of passengers, and burned/killed innocent people and religious minorities. If this is the democratic behavior of the only opposition party in Bangladesh, there is no need for the (so called) real election.
Problem is - BNP has no real political ideology, and real political history to be proud of. The creator of BNP, General Ziaur Rahman, launched a Military coup to interrupt a concerted national campaign, under the leadership of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, to establish a socialist economic system in the new-born Bangladesh. Ziaur Rahman did not come to power to establish a Parliamentary democracy; in fact, his goal was to bring back opponents of independence movement to power.
Bottom line is – there is no viable alternative to Awami League. So, country needs to wait for the 'normal election' until another viable alternative opposition to Awami League develops. Until then, election will not be 'normal.'

I would not hold my breath for a good answer. Indians have chosen their government and they will decide again to throw them out or not depending on government's performance. The same can't be said about any Muslim dominated countries except very few like Turkey and Indonesia. Bangladeshi democracy would depend on Bangladeshis and not Shusma's love for democracy. If I really understand Mr. Haque's frustrations, I say, he wants implicitly Shusma to pressure Hasina for a real election. The question is, why should that be that India's burden?

Mr. Haque,
Can you please expand on - how Sushma Swaraj was 'instrumental' in 'Babri-Massacre' and how she destroyed democracy in BD. Also, could you explain - what is Babri-Massacre?
If you throw statements only, without making proper arguments for them, as you did here, it is hard for me to understand.

Off course, she is a terrorist. She was one of the major team player of Babri Massacre. She was instrumental in destroying democracy of Bangladesh. All the achievement of BD will be gone without democracy. Last thing a member of BJP wants a peaceful BD.
