একদম শুরু থেকেই খুব ঘনিষ্টভাবেই সিরিয়ার দিকে, বিশেষ করে আলেপ্পোর দিকে নজর রাখছিলাম। এই সিরিয়াকে ঘিরেই রাসুল (সা) অনেকগুল হাদিস রয়েছে। যে হাদিসগুল যেন আজ সিরিয়ার মাটিতে জীবন্ত হয়ে কথা বলছে।
একসময়ে প্যারিসের মত ঝলমলে শহরটো এতটাই ধ্বংস হয়েছে যে হলিউডের যেকোন এ্যপোক্যালিপটিক মুভি-সেটকে হার মানাবে। আলেপ্পো শহরটির একাংশ দখলে রয়েছে বিভিন্ন মিলিশিয়া বাহিনী, যাদের কোন-কোনটিকে সাপোর্ট দিচ্ছে আমেরিকা এবং কোন-কোনটিকে সাপোর্ট দিচ্ছে সৌদি এবং তুরস্ক। এদের বিরুদ্ধে আলেপ্পোর অন্য অংশে রয়েছে আসাদের সরকারি বাহিনী, ইরানী বাহিনী, রাশিয়ান বাহিনী, হেযবুল্লাহ্‌। আজ মিশরের কিছু সামরিক অফিসার ও যোগ দিয়েছে।আলেপ্পো শহরের মিলিশিয়া দখলকৃত এলাকায় অনেকদিন ধরেই অবরুদ্ধ করে বেপোরোয়া বিমান হামলা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে সিরিয়া এবং রাশিয়ান বাহিনী। গত সপ্তাহে মিলিশিয়ারা ভয়ংকর কাউন্টার এ্যটাক শুরু করেছে, যা এখনো চলছে । উদ্দেশ্য অবরোধ ভেঙ্গে ফেলা। রাশিয়ান বাহিনী মিলিশিয়া দখলকৃত অংশে লিফলেট ফেলেছে যাতে আজ লোকাল সময় সন্ধ্যা ৭ টার মধ্যেই বেসামরিক লোকজন এলাকা ত্যাগ করে।এর পরপরই অল-আউট-আক্রমণ চালানো হবে।রাশিয়া তার ভান্ডারের সর্বাধুনিক অস্ত্র গুলু ওখানে মোতায়েন করেছে।বিমানবাহী রণতরী ও পৌঁছে গেছে সিরিয়ার উপকুলে, ধারণা করা হচ্ছে আসাদ-ইরান-হিযবুল্লাহ্‌-রাশিয়া মিলে আলেপ্পোর ধ্বংস্তূপকে ধুলায় পরিণত করবে।রাশিয়া এই সময়টাকে বেছে নেয়ার কারণ পরিস্কার। নির্বাচনের মাত্র ২দিন আগে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র কোনভাবেই আলেপ্পোর ফাইনাল ব্যাটলে জড়াবেনা।তাই নতুন প্রেসিডেন্ট ক্ষমতা নেয়ার আগেই আলেপ্পোর পতন না হলে,হিলারী যদি প্রেসিডেন্ট হয় তবে আলেপ্পোতে শিঘ্রই নো-ফ্লাইজোন ঘোষণা করলে পরিস্হিতি আরো খারাপ হবে।
মিলিশিয়ারা সিরিয়া রাশিয়ার লিফলেট প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছে। ধারণা করা হচ্ছে সিভিলিয়ানদের মিলিশিয়ারা শহর ছাড়তে বাধা দিতে পারে । এটাকে আলেপ্পোর ফাইনাল ব্যটল বলা হলে ও আলেপ্পোর যুদ্ধটা এ্যপোক্যালিপটিক! আসাদ-ইরান-হিযবুল্লাহ্‌-রাশিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে মিলিশিয়ারা যে লড়াই চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে তা অবিশ্বাস্য। সকল মিলিশিয়া বাহিনী গত সপ্তাহ্‌ থেকে একই কমান্ডের অধীনে যুদ্ধ করছে। নতুন-নতুন অস্ত্র ব্যবহার করছে। বলা যেতে পারে আগামী ২- ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমরা সাম্প্রতিক সময়ের ভয়ংকরতম যুদ্ধটি দেখতে যাচ্ছি। যদি তুরস্ক বা আমেরিকান সারফেইস টু এয়ার মিসাঈল মিলিশিয়াদের হাতে এসে থাকে এবং ২/১ টা রাশান- সিরিয়ান জেট ফেলে দেয় মিলিশিরা পরিস্হিতি অন্যদিকে মোড় নেবে। মিলিশিয়ারা যদি ১০ দিন টিকে থাকতে পারে , আমেরিকার নির্বাচন শেষ হবার পর পরিস্হিতি পাল্টে যাবে। এ দিকে তুরস্ক-সৌদি আরব আই এস আই দমনের নামে আলেপ্পোতে খুব দ্রুত সেনা পাঠাতে পারে। রাশিয়া এর বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর হুশিয়ারী দিয়েছে। সৌদি-আরব এবং তুরস্ক মরিয়া কারণ আলেপ্পো আসাদ বাহিনীর হাতে এসে গেলে আসাদের বিজয় আর খুব দূরে নয়। তারা যে কোন মূল্যেই আসাদের পতন চায় , সাথে সাথে চায় শিয়াদের (ইরান-হিযবুল্লাহ্‌) ধ্বংস।

চোখ রাখুন মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের দিকে। খুব সম্ভবত সিরিয়ার যুদ্ধটা শেষ মহাযুদ্ধের শুরু!

America has chosen its new leader. It would be good thing for Islamist and Muslims to do a quick soul search about the Trump phenomenon. People should be asking why secular countries like US, EU and others are simply sick and tired of Muslims dictating their way way life at home and abroad. What does west owe to Muslims/Ummah? In seventies and eighties, democracies did not want to import communism and mandated socialism from Russia and China. What makes Islamic Arabian way of life is any better than a rotten commie life?
