1. Kamal Das is correct in saying that an object of mass 1 kg and moving with the speed of light (in empty space) has a de Broglie wavelength of about 2.2 times 10 to the power negative 42 meter. Dr. Jiten Roy is wrong because he is using two different units of measurement in the same formula.
2. One thing needs to be mentioned here. Photon (carrier of electromagnetic wave) is the only particle that can move with the maximum speed of about 300,000,000 meters per second. At rest its mass is zero.
N.B: We hear about speeds exceeding the above mentioned attainable maximum speed. I think it is still a debatable issue in the scientific community.
