Life Sketch of Tanjim Ahmad, State Minister,
Ministry of Home Affairs
Mr. Tanjim Ahmad MP, State Minister, Ministry Of Home Affairs, was born on 5th January 1970 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is the youngest son of late Tajuddin Ahmad, the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh, and Mrs. Syeda Zohra Tajuddin. His father, late Tajuddin Ahmad was a close associate of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. As the then Prime Minister of the Government headed by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, he played a historic role during the War of Liberation, which ultimately led to the independence of Bangladesh.
Late Tajuddin Ahmad was elected Member of the Legislative Assembly as a Jukto Front candidate in the historic 1954 elections. He was elected Member of the National Assembly in the 1970 elections and he was again elected Member of Parliament in the 1973 elections.
His mother Mrs Syeda Zohra Tajuddin was instrumental in her role as Convener of the Bangladesh Awami League in the re-organization efforts of the party after the assassination of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the four National Leaders on 15th august 1975 and 3rd November 1975 respectively. She is currently a member of the Presidium of the Bangladesh AL, the highest policy making body of the party.
Mr. Tanjim Ahmad MP was elected as a Member of Parliament in the 8th National Parliament in 2001. Among his many political achievements, he staged a peaceful hunger-strike in front of the National Press Club to protest the political repression and torture inflicted on people, including minorities, in his constituency during the tenure of the 4 Party Alliance Government. During that period, between 2001 and 2006, he played a leading role both inside and outside of Parliament to establish the rights of the people and for the advancement of democracy and establishing the rule of law in the country.
He has been a vocal advocate for establishing human rights and for bringing meaningful change in all spheres of government and administration through transparency and accountability.
As a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee, Ministry of Youth and Sports, in the 8th National Parliament, he played a significant role for establishing the right to employment for the youth and advancement of social programs that engage the youth to play a constructive role in society.
Mr. Tanjim Ahmad MP is an Assistant Secretary of the Awami League Central sub-committee and he has been assigned to the AL Central sub-committee on Foreign Affairs. In this capacity, Mr. Ahmad has attended numerous workshops, seminars and conferences in the local, national and international stage. He has attended a conference on "Peace Building and Conflict Resolution" at Wilton Park in the UK, visited India as an official guest of the Government of India and participated in many other programs throughout the world which has helped shape his worldview. He has the degree of Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Gordon University, USA.
Mr Tanjim Ahmad MP was elected Member of Parliament for the second time in a row from 197, Gazipur-4 constituency in the National Parliament Election held on the 29th December 2008. He won by a substantial margin, securing 62% of the popular votes.
Mr. Tanjim Ahmad MP took oath as State Minister of the Government of Bangladesh on the 6th of January 2009 and was appointed to the Ministry of Home Affairs by the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the same day.

High education develop high rationality, but for you, it seems high education develop high slavery. Do you think that if morshed khan or khorshed khan does something wrong, we will support it? never! Secondly, Morshed khan did not gave fake information like your guru sohel taj or pizza taj. Do not become a slave of Awami league. Be rational and say "no to bad and yes to good" whoever does it. If I made any wrong statement, come with counter argument. Do not compare with other non sense.

When your ILLITERATE "DESHNETREE" observe "FAKE BIRTHDAY" , then blaming some one sounds like "THAKUR GHOREY KERAY ---- AMI KOLA KHAI NA". Also I urge you to investigate educational qualification of Morshed Khan, past foreign minister of BNP govt!!! Do not try to "SPIT UP, IT WILL FALL BACK ON YOUR FACE"

http://www.gordonu. com/ you can understand what type of university is it. You will be really surprise US has such kind of university. This is indeed, a certificate selling university. It does not even have a telephone number.
