Implying recent killings of Uighurs, Turkish Primer sent a message to China, saying on Saturday that no country or society can reach stability and security by massacring individuals by violating human rights and depriving innocent individuals of their rights.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended a local congress of his party in eastern province of Erzurum on Saturday.

Speaking at the congress, Erdogan said that they are making a call to the Chinese government which is running behind an assimilation.

We are calling on the Chinese government to give up efforts to assimilate people as such an assimilation would benefit no one, Erdogan said.

We can not tolerate such a savagery regardless of whether the people are Uighur Turks or Chinese, Erdogan stressed.

As Turkey, we are not burying such pain in our hearts. We are not acting as spectators like the rest of the world (in the wake of incidents in East Turkistan). We are doing what we can in the name of humanity in every platform and opportunity with courage, Erdogan also said.
