Hi,
It is with deep sadness we remember Meenakshi Mukherjee, Sahitya Akademi award winner and noted literary critic, who passed away last Wednesday. She has been very supportive of Parabaas and it was a very rewarding experience for me personally to become acquainted with her.
Several months back, we lost Carol Salomon tragically in an accident. Again, her interactions with Parabaas, ranging from getting her books for her research, discussion on course materials she taught, etc. have been much more than what can be measured through the number of her articles in Parabaas.
