Ofcourse it will be withdrawn even though it was proved of the involvement. The high court of Bangladesh is one of the most corrupt and partisan institute in that country. There are only two groups of lawyers in Bangladesh, one leaned to BNP and the other to AL. So if your case goes to AL leaned bench or BNP, no matter how guilty you are, you will be freed based on your party affiliation.
Hope this explains all the crooked things that are happening in Bangladesh.
