This is a milder, Deshi form of Fascism. Some people have no comment on this abuse of authority but have a lot of objections to the word 'fascist'. Its almost like - anything goes just as long as the preferred Royal Family is in power.
What is particularly offensive is that the Education Minister would never have allowed such an act but, like other good men in AL, he simply cannot influence the dogs who are empowered and encouraged by the PM and her inner circle of BlackJackets.
