RE: [ALOCHONA] trial of razakars



        Those who are now in remand for charges of committing crimes against humanity had begged and pleaded with the Pakistani Martial Law Administration in East Pakistan to be included in the local Auxillary Force.  There is a photograph of Prof. Golam Azam along with a delegation of Jamaati leaders meeting with Gen. Niazi with that purpose on 7th April, 1971, published in the Daily Sangtam.
 
        Golam Azam, Sayiidi, Nizami, Mujahid, Saqa Chow, et al, will not technically be called "razakars" since the term did not appear until the Defence Gazette in June 1971.  They were engaged in looting, arson, maiming, and mass murdering innocent civilians before and after the appearance of card-carrying razakars. 
 
         As for 66 Awami leaguers MP joined hands with PAK ARMY during 1971 war , we would very much like you to bring charges against them for having committed Genocide in 1971 and present them before the Tribunal with concrete evidences.

Those who are now arrested were not holding chief comandant position in 1971. But they are caught by the name of justice. What about 66 Awami leaguers MP joined hands with PAK ARMY during 1971 war, why they are not brought to justice ?

The national convention of Sector Commanders Forum (SCF) was held on Friday in the capital with a vow to put the war criminals on trial by any means so justice can prevail in the society.





what kept these people busy, ( with a big mouth )......in the past few years!!!!
Why razakars were not sent to court in 1972.......and we are still shouting about JUSTICE in 2010!!!
