[ALOCHONA] BD concedes Transit Corridor to India?

And what about Port Charges that BD Port Authority collects from every ship that loads or unloads?
What about Business that BD Railway and Trucking Companies would get transporting Goods?
What about India's help in building the Roads that those Trucks would use?
None of that is going to create any jobs for high Un-employment Bangladeshis?
Oh no, BD is going to load-unload all Goods for free paying the Labor cost of loading and unloading, would buy Trucks, put Petrol in those Trucks, hire Truck Drivers to drive them out of her Pocket, no charge to India, right?
Suez and Panama Canal Toll Tax is more than $ 100,000 per Ship because they save a lot of time and Fuel. Every Cost in this world is based on convenience a service provides. Iranian Sea Port Bander Abbas is a lot bigger than Pakistan's 2 ports in Karachi combined because its not over taxing the Ships.
Karachi used to be Airliner Hub but Illegal Money Extortion Rackets of Pakistan's Agencies, mistreatment of Airline Staff, continuous raping of every good looking Flight Stewardesses by Pak Army-men and passing Missiles near flying Airliners were not the only reason. Pakistan had raised Landing Fee for Airlines too high also.
Result?
None of the any big International Airlines have been flying to Karachi for the last 5 years and Dubai has become a lot bigger Airline Hub than Karachi ever was.
So, you see, Need is Mother of Inventions. Only people, who see opportunity, benefit from it. Not the too conservative fussy or corrupt ones.
If BD can bargain for more on this, she should but should not reject a good opportunity.
