Felani, a 15 year old Bangladeshi girl. She was returning to Bangladesh with her father from India - the work place of her father. On Friday,  January 7th, 2011 at 6:am, she and her father were climbing the barbed wire boundary between the Bangladesh and Indian border (exact location: International Border No. 947, between 3 and 4 s pillar of Anantapur, Fulbari) using a ladder. Her father, Nuru Mia crossed first. But on Felani's turn, her clothes got tangled in the wire. She was frightened and started screaming. Hearing her scream, the BSF members started shooting at her, at 6:15 am. She was asking for water till her death about 30 minutes after the shooting but nobody went to her because they were afraid of the BSF .The dead body of Felani was tangled in barbed wire for 4 hours. Then the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) jowans took away the body at 10:45 am. After a long 30 hours, BSF handover the dead body to BGB (Border Guard of Bangladesh). According to the International Human Rights group, in the year 2010 only, BSF killed 74 innocent Bangladeshi  citizens.
