Why is Chinese Army in Gilgit, Pakistan?
Because a few years ago Pak Army had secretly built a JehaaDi Training Camp very near Border of China to finance, train and arm Chinese Moslim Dissidents of Western China to cause an Islamic revolt again in Western China like it had a decade ago before. When China found out, Pak Army Chief was summoned to Beijing immediately. There, he was asked to explain existence of that Camp. He gave the same answer that Gen. Musharraf had given to USA about Waziristan region near Afghan Border,
"We don't know about any JehaaDi Camps there and we do not control that area".
China was not a fool like USA and that excuse didn't work on China. China landed her own Army in that area, demolished that Training Camp, took that region away from Pakistan, built its own Army Bases and 16 Airstrip. Pakistan could not say anything because it would have meant war with China or at least strained relations at the Minimum plus Pakistan was going to lose its 'China Card' that it has been playing against India and USA for decades, so successfully.
Pak Army had told the world that it was not Chinese Army there in Gilgit. It was Chinese Army's Engineering Corp that is about to build a Highway extending Shahrah Resham to its port of Gwader. More than 3 years have gone by since then and no such Highway is under construction so far.
I was on a Business Trip in December last year to China from USA and had asked a Senior Chines Official about that so called Highway. He had started laughing and said, unless you hear from us, do not believe in anything. So actually, lying, cheating, conniving, blackmailing, backstabbing Beggar Punjabistan, I am sorry, Pakistan is nobody's friend.

You mentioned name Munnawar Hassan. That Mollaa is such a bastard, a decades ago he had organized a secret plan to visiting Queen of England in Joint Session of Parliament and Senate of Pakistan. When she stood up to give an address, JUI and JI Mollaas had kept sitting, when its a Social & Cultural Custom in the world to stand up, when a Guest of Honor of the State gets up in a gathering.
