As per your fatua (!!!) Mr. Dulal Choudhury will also have many savings for his Akihirah and Jannat - as you have mentioned many bad things about him - without informing him - is it not a GIBAT!!!
Would you please send us your that protest letter and your rejoinder (which you mentioned, was protested and published in the same paper soon after).
Please send us the link as well as the page in pdf file of your protest?

I've no language to express the way I feel pity for someone who knows almost nothing about something and comments in a language that exceeds any limit of modesty. Actually, one's modesty in language reflects his family values and teachings.
