               For the general knowledge lovers:  A fact of biology.  Foxes are close relations of dogs. Dogs are cute animals, but they bark needlessly exhibiting immature or a baby-animal trait. Researchers in Russia found out that dogs, who along with foxes are first cousins of wolves, but somehow, in the evolutionary line they have fallen through a lacuna, and are retarded in their behavior.  A genuine case of "arrested development," dog-barking or even fox-keening can be related to the erratic and compulsive behavior of retarded baby wolves.

               Any mention if "India" will elicit a barking frenzy in this retarded lot -- so the Huk-kaaaaaaaa huaaaaaaaa is a conditioned reflex. They will bark their head off at India -- They are Pavlov's salivating K-9 brigade.
