This is what I wrote a few months ago in my internet blog-post (http://jiten-blog.over-blog.com/) entitled: Where have you been, Mr. Buffett? You heard that a Solar Panel manufacturing company, the so called green job creator, at Boston, received 87 million dollar startup money from the government stimulus fund. Now, this company is moving their factory to China, where they can build them cheaper. I wonder if Cap & Trade has anything to do with it. As you know – China or India has no such restrictions or regulations on Carbon emission. What all these tell me is that – US economy was not the first priority at the beginning of his presidency. I wonder why? I also said, the so called green initiative is a venture capital initiative, which is too risky for any government to invest Tax dollars, because vast majority of these initiatives usually fail. Government cannot gamble with the Tax-dollars, when there is no enough money to pay for the most essential ones. Look what happened, in a few month again - another one of those green venture is going belly-up, and tax-payers are losing $526 million dollars. This is why, I firmly believe that ideologue should not be a CEO of a company or in-charge of a country; they cannot change their policies based on prevailing conditions. Unfortunately, we have got an ideologue in the White House. Jiten Roy --- On Fri, 9/16/11, Dristy Pat <dristypat5@gmail.com> wrote:
