Thanks , Mr. Mohiuddin Anwar for objective circulation of the, Human Rights Pioneer, Amnesty International news about killing of eight (8) Banladeshi nationals, the trial procedure is heavily criticized in international community " .....Many of those executed in Saudi Arabia in recent years have been foreign nationals, mostly migrant workers from poor and developing countries.
Defendants often have no defence lawyer and are unable to follow court proceedings in Arabic. They are also rarely allowed formal representation by a lawyer, and in many cases are not informed of the progress of legal proceedings against them.
They, and many of the Saudi Arabians who are executed, also have no access to influential figures such as government authorities or heads of tribes, nor to money, both crucial factors in paying blood money or securing a pardon in murder cases.........". Recently a diplomat from Bangladesh who visited Saudi Arabia many times commented, Saudis are telling -"Take the whole Kaba Sharif to your country by uprooting its whole foundation, its presence is now now a curse not a Blessing, our Ruling class is misruling us on the plea of taking care of Kaba Sharif, All Hajis come and go and do not care for us at all-----" Alll prospective Haji and Hajians should think about it.
