Two advisers leave for Delhi today

Two advisers to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina are leaving for New Delhi today amid growing tensions between Bangladesh and India over the Tipaimukh dam issue.

Prime minister's International Affairs Adviser Prof Dr Gowher Rizvi and Economic Affairs Adviser Dr Mashiur Rahman will visit New Delhi for four days ahead of the visit by a formal delegation from Bangladesh to discuss Tipaimukh dam, a diplomatic source told The Daily Star.
