Those overt and covert NaPaki-Jamat-BNP-Razakar do not have that much merit, academic knowledge (most of them fall in this group) or GIAN PAPEE (number of these are very less and most of them are former communist and new Islamist, Jamat-BNP supportive and sympathetic.
Engr. Siraj Sikdar died in 1975 when he was fleeing from police custody.
This is the fact!
Because he knows that if he faces trial - he will be hanged for his numerous and thousands of severe crimes (loot, kidnap, CHADABZI, killing and anti state activities – some of which you have mentioned and there are many more).
So, he took a "chance" like others!
His brother-in-law (Husband of Ms. Shamim Sikdar) was a cabinet minister in late Zia's cabinet after 1975 and he uttered similar lies in the Parliament.
You can check this fact in the proceedings of our parliament
Alas, last 36 years has passed, in spite of many of his (SS) party leaders-workers, wives, sons, keen relatives (some of them was Minister in Government) – who frquently utter these false statement (which you have wrote) – but none of them lodged a proper case in the court seeking the judgement!
Similar thing happened to killing of General Zia.
(Unhappy) Wife of Zia have never lodged a case against that brutal killing - though she was prime minister for 2.1 times!
But those overt and covert NaPaki-Jamat-BNP-Razakar intentionally do these types of false propaganda against Bangabndhu and also against his dau!
But those liars-cheats do not know the historical fact that none can establish a lie even after repeating that lies millions or billions of time!
On the contrary, see, the actions of the beloved wife of Coln Taher, his son-daughter, brothers, his party leaders and followers of Coln Taher!
They lodged a case, even after 34years, in the High Court and they proved that Taher was his innocent and killer general Zia was main culprit and deserve condemnation and conviction!
Moreover, personally, Engr. Siraj Sikdar was neither a good person nor a good-successful leader!
His wives (he had couple of wives) and party leaders-workers did not like him.
It is well known that - they only helped and gave information to government agencies to capture him in his hide out!
He was not a popular leader also.
He was easily defeated (by BUET BCL leader late Engr. A K M Ishaq BEER PROTEEK, Ex MD of Karnaphuli PM & Khulna News Print Mill and President of Bangabandhu Prakousholi Parishad) in our BUET's EUCSU election too!
So, why Government will kill such an insignificant, negligible, unimportant person – who has neither effective nor huge nor any positive political influence in the politics of Bangladesh

After long 40 years, it is difficult to assess how far those terrorist gangs of Purbo Bangla Sarbahara Party & Gano Bahini of JSD had gone. They managed to create complete lawlessness & anarchy in a newly born Republic within hardly a year. They went on killing spree of the landowners (jootdars) throughout the country, started attacking Police Camps, BDR outposts & even Army Camps & looted all arms therein, burnt jute goodowns & factories, looted banks & Tehsil offices & so on. As example, I would list below the incidences occurred in a single month of '73 alone.Aug-1, 1973 Jabra Police outpost under Gheor PS was attacked & all arms looted.Aug-2, 1973 Amla outpost of Mirpur PS in Kushtia attacked & all arms looted.Aug-5, 1973 Shibpur PS of Dhaka attacked & all arms looted.Aug-7, 1973 Chandpasha outpost of Babugonz PS in Barisal attacked & all arms looted.Aug-9, 1973 Atgram outpost of Mirpur PS, Kushtia attacked & all arms looted.Aug-10, 1973 Uchakhila outpost of Ishwargonz PS, Mymensingh attacked & all arms looted.Aug-11, 1973 Chunoti outpost of Satkania PS attacked & all arms looted.Aug-13, 1973 Ganpara Range Office in Patharghata PS in Patuakhali attacked, all arms looted. Mutilated bodies of these "Class-enemies" were recovered the next day.This is just a sample of terrorist activities carried out by Siraz Shikdar & his Party in the span of only 1 month. Actually, similar was the picture throughout entire 73-74 period. Let alone ordinary people, even the lives of the MPs were not safe; 8 sitting PMs were killed in 2 years by them. They were so strong that they dared to attack even the Army & BDR convoys. In Aug-1, 1974, 2 BDR Jawans were killed by these revolutionaries in Chandraghona PS. On 11th Oct the same year, they attacked Shahebrampur Army Camp in Madaripur & killed 9 army personnels.In a nutshell, Sharboharas & Gano Bahini could succeed to transform BD into a state of terrorism & anarchy.
