Why is it a necessary part of your defense of the crimes committed by Golam Azam in 1971 to bring in the subject of Hasina's political horse-playing with Jamaat in later years?
Are you trying to say that since Awami League had, from time to time, made some hand-shaking political gestures with Jamaat the CRIMES of 1971 can be dismissed?

Please understand one thing:
The Citizens' demand for trials of the War Crimes of 1971 has very little to do with the history of political horse-playing between AL and Jamaat before or after the War of Liberation.
The most relevant factor for the purpose of Prosecution of the trials is Golam Azam' important role to Abul 'ala Moududi, Yahya Khan and the Pak Military esiablishment who were plotting to rig the election in 1970, and his direct involvement with 1971 Genocide including the formation of Al Badr team.

It is like Hasina when the whole country boycotted Ershad's 1986 election including Hasina herself, after going to a secret long drive with the play boy Ershad, she decided to join the election. That was to give legitimacy to Ershad rule and linger it for another few years.
