Re: [mukto-mona] Flash riot: Echo of Jamaat/shibir/hefajoti technique & principles

By committing all these heinous acts Muslim Brotherhood is justifying more and more the military takeover. Personally I believe in the power of people. Their crystallized verdict was being gradually reflected in the anti-Morsi democratic movement. I am not sure how secular, democratic, and patriotic the Egyptian army is, but forced eviction of Morsi did not seem to be a proper step the army took. I am afraid that this will make Morsi, an Islamist (anti Shia and promoting a specific Islamic line named Salafists and also a fascist showing minimal respect for democracy and trying to consolidate his power for ever), would come back to power with double the popularity. A counter coup can push the country to a civil war

>>>>>>>> Basically I agree with your sentiment.

Just wanted to add that, Mursi was not salafi. In fact the Saudi government is supporting USA, Israel in giving tactical support this military regime. Unfortunately such desperate anti-democratic moves do not bring good results in the long run but personally I do not think MB is coming back anytime soon. Powerful friends of the dictator Mubarak are working in concert to bring him out of jail within hours from now.

Very interesting time in Egypt.

Shalom!

In order to understand the latest rioting tactics of Jamaat/Shibir /Hefajot in the streets of Dhaka or cities of Bangladesh you have look at the Jehadist International terror techniques. Follow what is going on in Egypt (CNN report) and see if you can recognize - - -

Burning of books

A Bible Society of Egypt statement posted online Wednesday reported the "complete burning and destruction" of its bookshops in the cities of Assiut and Minia, in southern Egypt.

"Fortunately we were closed today, fearing such an attack, so none of our staff were injured," wrote Ramez Atallah, the society's general director. "The attackers demolished the metal doors protecting the bookshops, broke the store windows behind them and set the bookshops on fire."

Other stores and parked cars on those streets were also destroyed, he said. >>
