I fully agree with Mr Mahfuzur Rahman. Some of the guys are projecting themselves as great followers of Islam and supporting beheading of people! What a shame!

I did not want to receive mails such as this one. However, since it came my way, these are some of my thoughts.
Sultan Ahmed calls Mirza and other critics of Islam "bigots". This reminds me of the well-known line from Rabindranath Tagore:
Tumi maharaj sadhu holey aaj
Ami aaj chor botey.
I hope I have not offended Mr.Ahmed by quoting from a Hindu. But, seriously, are these critics of Islam bigots, while those who are beheading humans in Syria, and flaunting severed heads, are lily-white liberals? There should be limits to hypocrisy.
If people like Mirza have left Islam, they have done so after very considerable thinking and study. They are not bigots.
I read Mirza' writings on science, the Koran, and the claim of many dyed -in- the -wool Islamists that all modern science derives from the Koran. He is only trying to show that there are many claims and statements in the Koran that are utterly incompatible with scientific evidence, that these claims are not based on fact.
And come to think of it, if someone leaves Islam, or is critical of it, he is fully entitled to do so. Modern democracy allows him the liberty, which also allows anybody who wants to convert to Islam to do just that. Islam will never allow anyone such liberty. ISIS shows what kind of liberty Islam will bestow on human beings.

The Mirza guy is not a Muslim. He does not believe in Allah. He does not believe in the Qur'an. He says that Allah came to know science from human beings. There is another guy called Devdas. He also writes like this. I wonder, he got some muslim-named disciples in his group. A third guy who claims to have a Ph. D. from MIT or Harvard and hails from Pakistan. He lost his job from a Pakistani university. I complained against him to the registrar of his university about his sick mentality. I fought with all these three guys.

Asghar, Abul Kasem and quite a few of these bigots, including SKM write regularly on these sites.
