PM Visits Victims of Petrol Bomb Attacks at Burn Unit, DMC
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today rejected any dialogue with the anarchist and instigators of petrol bomb attack saying the culprits would be tried on charge of terrorism and militancy as per international norms.
She said that those who are conducting this militant activities, giving orders, financing and implementing the barbaric terrorist acts, would be brought to book. "We will contain the terrorism at any cost, we will go as far as it needs," she said.
The Prime Minister said this while talking with reporters after a visit to the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital to see the victims of petrol bomb attacks during ongoing violence of BNP-Jamaat cohorts.
Criticizing those people who are terming this killing and arson as politics, she said "this is not politics, those who are saying that this is politics, they are talking wrong, this is militancy and terrorism. We will do whatever needed to eliminate these culprits."
About the demand of a section of civil society for political dialogue with conflicting political parties, the Prime Minister said, "dialogue with whom? with killers? why the government will sit with the killers.?"
She said, "BNP leader must stop her killing mission. None has given her license to kill people. They will burn people alive, kill innocent people in petrol bomb attack. We can not tolerate it."

বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগের বক্তব্যড. হাছান মাহমুদ এমপিপ্রচার ও প্রকাশনা সম্পাদকবাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগসংবাদ সম্মেলন ॥ ১১ ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০১৫সময়: সকাল সাড়ে ১১টা বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগ সভাপতির কার্যালয়ধানমন্ডি, ঢাকাপ্রিয় সাংবাদিক বন্ধুগণ,আপনারা জানেন, বেগম খালেদা জিয়া দীর্ঘ এক মাসের বেশি সময় ধরে অবরোধ-হরতালের নামে বাংলাদেশের মানুষের উপর নৃশংস আক্রমণ পরিচালনা করে চলেছেন। তার নেতৃত্বে হরতাল-অবরোধের আহ্বানে দেশের জনগণ বিন্দুমাত্র সাড়া দেয়নি। কিন্তু পেট্রোল বোমা মেরে, বোমা হামলা করে এই পর্যন্ত ৮০ জনের বেশি মানুষকে আগুনে পুড়িয়ে হত্যা করা হয়েছে। আহত করা হয়েছে কয়েকশত মানুষকে। শত শত যানবাহন ভাংচুর করা হয়েছে, অগ্নিসংযোগ করা হয়েছে। বেগম খালেদা জিয়ার আন্দোলনের ডাকে সাড়া না দেওয়াতেই তিনি এবং তার জোটের নেতারা যেন হিংস্র হায়েনার চেয়েও ভীবৎস্য জঘণ্যরূপে মানুষের সামনে আবির্ভূত হয়েছে। তিনি এখন জনাতঙ্কের নেত্রী কিংবা পেট্রোল বোমা নেত্রীতে পরিণত হয়েছেন। খালেদা জিয়ার কাছে প্রশ্ন :কেন এই মানুষ পুড়িয়ে মারা? কেন এই ধবংসের তাণ্ডবলীলা? ১৩ বছরের শিশু জাকিরকে কেন পুড়িয়ে মারা হলো? চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জের নবম শ্রেণীর স্কুল ছাত্র রাজন আলী রকি Ñ কি দোষ ছিল তার, কেন তাকে পিটিয়ে হত্যা করা হলো। কি অপরাধ এস এস সি পরীক্ষার্থী অনীকের। কেন তার উপর বোমা হামলা। কলেজ ছাত্র সানজিদ হোসেন অভিকে বোমা মেরে হত্যা করে কেন মায়ের বুক খালি করা হলো। কি অন্যায় করেছিল গাইবান্ধার পলাশবাড়ীর প্রাইমারি স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক আলতাফ হোসেন। কেন তাকে হত্যা করা হলো। কি কারণে যশোরে ও কালিয়াকৈরে বাসের ভিতর ঘুমিয়ে থাকা হেলপার মুরাদ হোসেন এবং তোফাজ্জল হোসেনকে পুড়িয়ে মারা হলো। বিশ্ব ইজতেমা থেকে ফেরার পথে কেন মুসুল্লিদের উপর হামলা করা হলো, একজন মুসুল্লি ভাইকে হত্যা করা হলো।কি অপরাধ ছিল দশম শ্রেণীর ছাত্রী মাইশার? যে তার বাবার সাথে কক্সবাজারে বেড়াতে গিয়েছিল। কেন তাকে তার বাবাসহ আরো অনেকের সঙ্গে পুড়িয়ে হত্যা করা হলো।কি অপরাধ অসংখ্য বাস-ট্রাক-ড্রাইভার এবং হেলপার ভাইয়ের। যাদেরকে প্রতিনিয়ত পুড়িয়ে হত্যা করা হচ্ছে, আহত করা হচ্ছে। প্রিয় সাংবাদিক বন্ধুগণ,প্রতিটি নৃশংস ও বর্বর ঘটনার পর বিএনপির পক্ষ থেকে বিবৃতি দিয়ে তাদের দায়-দায়িত্ব অস্বীকারের অপচেষ্টা করা হয়। কিন্তু কয়েকদিন আগে সাদেক হোসেন খোকা নিউ ইয়র্কে বসে বলেছেন, ''তাদের দাবি মেনে নিলেই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই সমস্ত বিশৃঙ্খলা বন্ধ হবে।
