Re: [mukto-mona] How many Ananta will sacrifice their lives?

Yes raise a great question. However, people should take their own responsibilities according to the circumstances of their own living environment. There is no need to show any bravado with a visible sign on the chest that you are a critical thinker. Nobody needs to do that unless you have adequate protection against these coward attacks.
Abhijit too forgot about this cardinal mantra of safety. He exposed himself by not being enough paranoid for his and his wife's safety. The martyrs are great for history but may not be great for a cause. He knew, there was a bounty on his head and he went into that trap anyway. My strategy would be to fight these cowards with equal force...but, by being unpredictable and cautious.

You should know, I have no personal enmity with you, neither do I believe in revenge to anyone. But after the death of my child Ananta, I cannot but ask you some questions. You need not answer to me; neither should your present-day active disciples need to babble in respond to my mail. Rather you answer to yourself before the mirror of mind.

I knew, from the very beginning, Ananta accepted you and Avijit Roy as his Gurus and followed your path of writing. Living in safe and secure zone of America, you inspired him to be a hardcore writer against fundamentalism without warning him that he lives in a country of blind people and mindless-killers. Was it not your duty to make conscious about his future danger? How did you so irresponsible about his life and many others? Think that your child, whatsoever his name is, lives in Bangladesh and you push him into such a danger without making him aware, will it be justice? You all here claim that you are humanists. But what do humanists really mean? All humanists will and must try to save lives of other people, because one life on earth is for once.

How could you sleep in secure room, when Ananta, soaked with blood, was rolling on bed? How did you feel safe, when his soft body was cut with choppers?  How did all mukto-monas happily pass their time with their families, when the family of Ananta was going through the grinding of hearts?

Ananta was my child, my friend, my brother, and what he was not. Some relations cannot be explained by words. I say, all my beloved ones are the parts of my soul. At the death of Ananta, I lost one part of my soul. His life was a gem, because he was truly a kind–hearted man, who sought to help others by his best.
