He is managing the total HR Operation of Airtel Bangladesh limited. He is responsible for HR Budgeting in line with business budget for Airtel Bangladesh Ltd. He played role as HR Business Partner for Airtel. He did his graduation from Bangalore University, India. He received number of training from home and abroad. He is also conducting classes on Compensation and Benefit Management in MBA Program in private universities. He is used to conduct training session on Compensation, PMS, HRIS and some other areas of HR.
