Mr. Asif Ahmed, Head HR Operations, Airtel Bangladesh Ltd having around 14 years experience in the area of Compensation Management, HR Planning, HRIS, Performance Management. He is managing the total HR Operation of Airtel Bangladesh limited. He is responsible for HR Budgeting in line with business budget for Airtel Bangladesh Ltd. He played role as HR Business Partner for Airtel. He did his graduation from Bangalore University, India. He received number of training from home and abroad. He is also conducting classes on Compensation and Benefit Management in MBA Program in private universities. He is used to conduct training session on Compensation, PMS, HRIS and some other areas of HR. His expertise in IT helps him to be conversant in HRIS, Payroll, Compensation and benefit management.
