Re: [mukto-mona] WWIII

I read somewhere that Erdogan's son is involved in oil trade with the IS. If that is true, Turkey is closer to sinking into Islamist activities and becoming an Islamic State sooner than we thought previously.

The double faced Erdogan said a few days ago that he would do it again (shoot down Russian plane) and Russia is playing with fire! Whether Erdogan had been given a real beating behind the scene by the NATO members we do not know. Now he seems to be conciliatory. But this guy Erdogan has the habit of saying two opposite things and adopt one subsequently whichever suits him.

It was the first expression of regret by the strongman leader since Tuesday's incident in which Turkish F-16 jets shot down the Russian jet on grounds that it had violated Turkey's airspace despite repeated warnings to change course. It was the first time in half a century that a NATO member shot down a Russian plane and drew a harsh response from Moscow.

Turks fought twelve wars against the Russ, and didn't win any of them in spite of active support from world powers. Stupid Erdogan won't win either. WWIII is a far cry. World Wars didn't happen for trivial reasons. Neither the consequences were trivial.

Are we closer to WWIII because of Ankara's duplicity? Can Ankara hide behind NATO? Or Russian bear would put it in its place and NATO would be watching Turks being humiliated from the side line?
Who is really fighting ISIS if Ankara is benefiting from selling ISIL oil? Is US being blindsided by Ankara?
