If Mr. Anam published the DGFI-supplied false stories under duress, he would not be the real culprit. In that case, the government should charge the culprit DGFI officers, as opposed to vilifying Mr. Anam too much. If he was a willing partner in spreading the false stories, he should be prosecuted; but not through too many of the same kind of cases.
