[mukto-mona] Do you know why France is enduring repeated attacks

Why France is being impounded repeatedly by terrorist attacks so frequently?
We see terrorism in most parts of the world, but not as much frequent as in France.
When I saw the attack yesterday, the question that came to my mind - what type of security measures were taken by the government of France for this celebration? I heard, police checked the van, yet let it cross through the check-point. Isn't it insanity? I think so.
As you know, during 4th of July fireworks in New York, all roads, including FDR drive, leading to the venue is closed; one can only enter there on foot, without any carryon baggage. How come any such security thought never crossed the mind of the government of France?
So, I started to think about the difference between USA and France. Immediately, I found one stark societal characteristic that is very different in France, which is – society is vastly liberal in France.
You may think, what that has to do with terrorism. Well, everything.
Liberalism neuters the spirit of self-interest to promote selflessness and commonness. When self-interest is gone, so does self-protection. Self-interest can be best protected by conservatism, and France has severe scarcity of conservatism, which is making its society defenseless. Most societies in the world has some sort of balance between liberalism and conservatism.
Ultra-smart terrorists figured it out already, and, hence their center attraction directed to this country, as bees get attracted towards the flower, the source of honey.
