A Chinese wishful thinking! China can desire lots things that it wants from its neighbors but Indians are not to pushed over because China becomes stronger. If push comes to shove, India should use its lethal nukes to make sure that 1962 scenario does not repeat itself this time. Would China want to loose it all? I don't thinks so. India should work with Japan and makes sure they get the nukes too.
