Islamist terrorists have been using Allahu-Akbor as a call for terrorism. I used to shriver in my childhood hearing Allahu-Akbor zikir; I knew that something bad will be following this zikir, and I was never wrong in my apprehension.

So, if anybody wants to blame someone for this directive, it should be those Islamists terrorists, who have been using this zikir for terrorism..
