Meaning of Quran is dictation. Is the Quran as we know today has just thendictations from Prophets. If not, then that can be charcterized as represention of his dictation. Putting words in his mouth is not only nonsense but of grave conseque to man kind. Equaly sin to accept those nonse as his dictations
When Prophet dictated, few of his desciples jotted down on what they found handy, like palm tree leaves, even on blades from camel skeleton. Some even memorized the verses. During Abu reign fifteen of Prophets close disciples who were with him from early early days got killed in a battle. Abu gathered remaining 8 from those period ( he had only 23 desciples in the first decade) to compile the complete work in book form. It turns out to be about 114 pages.
When Omar got reign, opend that dictations book for editing. During his time it was not finished. Third caliphah decided finilized editing. Omar who rather conquer than preaching, as he did in kafir time, probably never around to verify or didnt cared what they entered. I should mentioned, he denied Prophet his last wish, and left him ignore fourdays till he dird ( thursday to mondays). Ali and him were busy arguing over mantle. Now t if any of them important in your belief, then will put youn hyphenated-muslim group. Prophet didnt know if any hyphenated-muslim in his life time.
