All religious texts and books are written by human-beings, even this copy of the ancient Quran is written by human-beings. Any other claims of devine contributions on any of those texts are made only to make it more believable and acceptable to ordinary people than they would be otherwise.
In any case, this discovery is highly substantive, and very useful for straightening many facts, accepted by people today.
