I am extremely sorry to let the members of this forum that Mr.Momtaz Ahmed who was a member of Mukto Mona has breathed his last in Toronto on Sunday morning the 20^th of Sept. On Eid day around 735am he died of a heart failure and has been laid to rest on 21^st Sept. He dedicated his life to fight against religious fanaticism and promoting humanism. He used to love Tagore songs and poetry was associated with many cultural organizations. He was a powerful writer who expressed his opinions without any fear. He tried to break the tyranny of the Islamic mullahs by attacking them wherever possible. He left his wife and three daughters and many friends to mourn his sudden demise.
