[ALOCHONA] Criticism of Tagore.

Every human being great or small can be criticized. Rabindranath Tagore can also be criticized because he was a mortal man with all the frailties of a human being. Tagore was harshly castigated by many of his contemporaries. But any criticism becomes ugly and unacceptable when this is done on a communal basis. I question the very basis of knowledge of any one who takes aim on any great personality without understanding and appreciating their contributions. Communalism is a mental illness not attached to any kind of human goodness. Socrates is criticized by many, Muhammad is criticized for marrying a 13 years old girl, Voltaire is castigated for his questionable moral character, and Poet Nazrul was sexually corrupted although he wanted to be buried near a mosque.
