The sensibilities and logic of those who forgive every sin committed by theior own party are the sensibilities and logic of those at the top of the party down to the middling ranks of that party down to the piddling ranks of that party. There's no difference in essence. They differ only in style.
Why should they make all the noise? I tell you man, I spend my whole life confronting such people face to face. Some I haven't beaten - but no one's beaten me yet either. You may say its arrogant but its almost childishly simple beating these people if they give you half a chance. Thats why they are always busy talking about the opposition, don't ever want to look in the mirror and almost never get to convince their own decent children to join their party officially.
They need each other. It's why Hasina saved Khaleda from exile. It's why Khaleda was effectively silent after the last election.
Because Deshi men are busy dozing to Rabindranath I gots to bark louder dude. I know what my brethren in the fakiror jaath (the political subset of the great Bengali nation, so please don't mind) need - heck I'm one of them : )
