`Pervasive inhuman situation in the NGOs' / New Age 17/10/10

THE conscious private citizen on Wednesday's New Age suggests that non-governmental organisations are more corrupt than government organisations and I respectfully disagree. It is the government organisations that are empowered to oversee the NGOs. If the NGOs are corrupt, and I do not deny that some are, then surely the government organisations are more corrupt for allowing, even encouraging, such a state of affairs.
