Quote: Is Dr. Yunus an Angel that he can't do anything wrong ?: Unquote

Yes,  he is ???  That is the main issue for the detractors with insular mind that why an ordinary citizen like Yunus (teacher, some sycophants while beating the drum for their leader uttered...)  who walks, talks, sympathize and work day in day out with and for his fellow ordinary citizens could be respected beyond the border and was placed in the same platform with the highest respected dignitaries in the world ??

Whereas, many claimant do neither have any acceptability even within geographical boundary and do not command honest respect from the populace they claim to be unparalleled leader. The history never ever indicted that anyone had 100% popular within his or the world's society.
But on the other hand persons with creative initiative which proved beneficial for the populace within and beyond h/her geographical boundary are respect, adored held at high esteem throughout like Yunus

So, the case with the dearly revered DR.MOHAMMAD YUNUS world over. No one can drag him down from where he has reached since there is none parallel to his stature in Bangladesh till date.
People with insular mind may not like him but DR.MOHAMMAD YUNUS will glow as bright sun in the in the blue sky of Bangladesh as like the LAL SABUJ PATAKA forever.

Honorable exit?
Is Dr. Yunus an Angel that he can't do anything wrong?
Moshe Katsav, former President of Israel has been sentenced to 7 years of jail on rape charges.  US Secretary of State nor President Obama made any appeal to the government of Israel to commute his sentence. However, few US Congressmen and Senators requested them to treat him honorably.  But Israel government simply ignored them.

When Agnew Spiro, U. S. Vice President (and first Greek origin to hold such elevated position and a former Governor of Maryland) was charged with avoiding 'payment of taxes' while he was working in the Baltimore County Office 12 years ago,  he was forced to resign. Few Republican opinion leaders supported Vice President Spiro but no US Congressmen or Senators came forward to intervene for an honorable exit.

When world renowed geneticist Nobel Laureate James Watson who built his institution the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in Long Island, New York for 43 years was asked to resign when he stated that 'blacks are genetically inferior' in a newspaper interview.  No American Congressmen, Senators nor any officer from the State Department came forward to plead for him for an 'honorable exit'.

When two time Nobel Prize award winner Madame Currie (first time with husband Pierre Currie and second time alone) had an affair after the death of her husband, she never came to public.  Instead, led a life 'unknown and unlamented' and she died in a hospital with a psedo name to avoild public.  No one, no Europeans or Americans came forward to plead for her.

But today, Nobel Prize in Peace, which is basically a political award, has become a 'symbol of sainthood'.  Is Mohammed Yunus an 'Angel' that he can do no wrong?

Many US Senators and Congressmen plus State Dep officials are putting pressure on Bangladesh 'not to enforce government regulation and promote rule of law'.  Instead treat Nobel Laureate Mohammed Yunus honorably for violating rules of law of the country, not once but again and again.  First, he avoided payment of taxes that itself is a serious crime and secondly, stayed as MD even after age 60.  The 'rich and famous' and of course, politically powerful people in Bangladesh can easily avoid enforcement of government regulations and they can later claim in the 'talk shows' that there is no good governance in the country.  Many Civil society and NGOs leaders that are funded by Western powers will find reasons for more fund to continue their advocacy for good governance.  Therefore, they do not want government to enforce regulations so that they can cite such cases of default to reinforce their application for additional funding. They may also gather a group of supporters and create disruption of law and order.

Nobel Laurate Professor Mohammed Yunus transferred money from the Grameen Bank to the Grameen Kallayan, a non-profit tax-exempt organization just to avoid government taxes. Such itself is a violation that demand criminal prosecution.
