[ALOCHONA] Re: Pijus Da agei janten Bangladesh harbe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Dear Shafiq

And the needle of your gramaphone is stuck on the cricket. Its not like you are talking about anything else. But you should be. For me, my hopes and dreams for my country are not limited to narrow escapes on the cricket field. No matter - only a few days from now the shelter of cricket will be gone.

Of course you have many things to worry about other than the disgraceful failures and conduct of the Prime Minister and the ruling party. Anything to deflect attention. Like cricket.

Lets talk about cricket. It matters if banks are using cricket to get favours from the ruling party. It matters if the Cricket Board is corrupt. It matters if cricket is used to advertise a politician. It matters if the head of the Cricket Board is part of a cartel that manipulated the share market. It matters if visiting cricketers are greeted with slogans that are gibberish. It matters how we react to narrow escapes on the pitch. It matters when our cricketing experts are interviewed by little girls.

It is great to see our people so happy. But it is only a temporary channel through which to release the frustrations and unhappiness of our great nation.

As you don't care about Hasina's vindictive jealousy about Yunus or the murder of innocents like Felani by India there's no point talking about it.

Libya. The government and especially Dipu Moni have completely failed to assist our citizens over there or to bring them back home. Now Dipu Moni bleats that we don't have the staff. But the anger of our citizens in Libya against the government is clear and vocal. I said they don't want to come back because they don't want to come back. The only reason they want to come back is their families. Too bad the government can't take credit for their families. The failure of our governments on population control, the economy, food prices and law and order are reasons why millions of our people endure hardship abroad.

I said you are a batsman at the stump of AL and you did not deny it. I said there is corruption and you did not deny it. I said you could not care less about Felani and Yunus and you agreed. You pointed out the ball was white and I agreed.

You can of course say I am playing a village trick regarding who jumped in where if you think I need to do that over such a small thing. And I of course can accuse people of village tricks when they trivialise important issues and deflect attention from those responsible.

I promise not to disturb your cricket.

I'll just focus on the failures of government.
