Pak Army is not trying to give an impression that Taliban are out of control and if USA and the West do not keep giving Charity of Aid and Loans, Taliban would take over Nukes and blow up the whole West. No, no the Beggar Pak Army is saintly. It could not be blackmailing the West plus backstabbing them in Afghanistan.
